Ordered a poaching pan from this company of scammers who took my money but have given me nothing except excuses for there lack of full filing the order they do not answer any inquiries of any sort, and just ignore every effort of common curtesy in fulfilling the order, if you do not want your money taken under false pretence, with no possibility of receiving your order then avoid this lot, or be scammed the choice is yours,

I found it difficult to impossible up load two days before renewal day, but the day after the end day it was easy, other than that I am happy with my purchased

What load of useless sellers How many times do you need my address and phone number I have filled it in twice and still you want more, you have my email, my tel and my home address and my underpants are white you can be sure I will inform all the people I know what a awful sight this sight is good bye and good riddance

The description is a total CON the hat I was sent was an x-army jungle hat selling in a army WD store £3,50 +postage its a cheap bit of rubbish sold to me under false description showing me what looked like a Australian bush hat price £31,90 if you buy from these con artists you will be out of pocket by a lot of money and very disappointed, if you try to send it back for a refund they will not except it and will inform you to send it back to the supplier in China,

I use this site because I need to know what other customers think of the sellers and there products, are Bonafede trusted sellers, and not some get rich quick sellers it seems to be a trustworthy site and one can only hope it is I have not yet had any issues here and will continue to stay a member

Sadly your product arrived half empty due to your efforts to save a few pennies
The reason being you do not put a small plastic removable and reuse cap on the
the top of the bottle to stop the contents from leaking out if pressed while in transit
This of course means me your customer, will not be trading with you in the future
thus reducing your profits, thankyou

The gloves were I thought a bit pricey for what they were, I found them a bit on the short side as They should have covered my wrist, the small finger on both of the gloves was extremely small but large enough for a 6 year old child to get his finger in, but too small for an adult to use thus rendering them useless I think they may be seconds, and sold to the public as new photography gloves  thus a total waste of time and money

I bought a clingfilm dispenser from this company only to find that it will only work with there own products that are more expensive to buy than other cheaper products elsewhere so morale of my experience if I want to use it, I will have to buy there premium priced clingfilm. that I feel makes it a con

I have always bought clothing from cotton traders as there products are good quality, and delevery has always been very quick, but of late delivery has become very slow, as to why unknown, there method of payment is not as many would like it to be, they do not offer PayPal as payment, they will only accept credit or Debit card as payment, thus leaving there customers open to fraud

I was informed I was buying a 20 Lt rucksack, from Berghaus; features room for your walking-poles, there is no such fittings for poles they also say it is a Lightweight and comfortable, this versatile 15 litre daysack not a 20 Lt sack
although the bag does say 20Lt it is missing some of the features it should have, I have come to the conclusion this is a second or reject they have palmed off for a quick profit

I had a problem with my phone line and internet conection I asked BT if they could sort it out for me. and this they did making it fast and reliable service thankyou BT

I have just bought a Beke gas stove, from ao,com company The stove seems to be fine, the problem is the delevery, they arived on time, to fit the gas cooker, in there haste they riped one of the cupboard doors of its hinges, and made a awful job of repairing it, they conected the cooker but in the process they broke my hot water boiler, and radiator's they open the door looked in at the boiler and said it looks ok, they then made a hasty retreat, on turning my tap for hot water it does not work, neither do the radiators, I now have to employ a plumber to mend it, and at todays plumber rates with repairs it will cost a fortune, so the moral of the story buy your kitchen goods with a relible firm and not a bunch of cowboys who employ cowboys to fit there products, who make a mess and then run away, this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with
And they had the cheek to charge me £115 for installing cooker, it will now cost me a futher £150 to £200 aprox to repair the damage they left, thank you ao.com

I went to this company to buy veg seeds when you go on the site they will offer you 20% of your first order but is a bit of a con as you will have to spend a minimum £40 to get your 20% so unless you intend to buy over £40 ithey will charge you the standerd expensive prices so be awere
