I recently bought a ring for myself. It is as beautiful as shown on the website. Loved the delicate design. The customer service team was prompt, helpful, and made the customization process seamless. They handled the engraving of my Chinese name perfectly - the craftsmanship is stunning.

Ordered a ring for my wife from this unknown site and was worried that I could be taking a chance. When the ring arrived it was exactly as described. The attention to detail was exquisite, even to the point of the presentation box that it arrived in. Couldn’t have been happier. There was slight delay on the ring, which was more my fault than theirs, as I hadn’t taken certain things into consideration. The customer service was first class in responding to my email queries and in advising me of what was going on and when it had actually been sent.

I bought a ring for my daughters 30th Birthday. It took a while to get here and then it was the wrong size and they agreed to change it. When we received it back, within 2 months the ring had lost 7 stones. They were informed but would not give a refund and insisted on it being repaired and also trying to get us to use a local repair jewellers as it would take at least 4 weeks. Of course, had we done that there would have been no further warranty. At this point I checked with my credit card company and opened a query about my rights if it happened again after the repair had taken place. Their customer service response was very condescending about the fact that I had done this and would not go any further and accused me of "going being their backs" which was not the case as I had previously let them know I would be doing this.
My credit card company reviewed the information provided by both sides and have credited the amount back to my account. Very Poor experience with this company.

Not only did I get to purchase a beautiful piece from a London jeweller, but the designs are truly unique. They are elegant, timeless, and unlike the styles we commonly find here in Canada. My ring is absolutely breathtaking.

I also wanted to address some of the 1-star reviews regarding shipping. We live in a world where we're used to clicking "Buy Now" and receiving our package the next day. But behind every order are real people—not machines—carefully resizing, crafting, inspecting, and sometimes even customizing your jewellery by hand.

Please remember that your jewellery is made with care by skilled artisans. If you have questions about production or delivery times, simply ask the team—they are always kind and happy to help.

And as for shipping, there are also real people handling your package. Weekends, public holidays, customs, and international transportation can all affect delivery times. If you need your jewellery for a specific event, don't wait until the last few days to order. A little planning goes a long way.

I would never ever ever ever purchase or recommend jewellery from this store again. HORRIBLE customer service ( do not trust the chat function that says “we reply instantly”, you shan’t receive a response).
My gemstone fell out within 3 weeks of non daily wear. The quality is so poor and flimsy. It has been almost 5 days since I asked for a refund for the faulty ring with NO response.

Update 15/07- had to purchase international calls and spoke to them. I have to pay for postage, they say to put a value of 0$ so they can avoid paying any fees. Extremely fraudulent company do not purchase. Waste of $400

Update 16/07- customer service is rude and now saying I can place a customs value of $1 so they can avoid important taxes. I raised a dispute with PayPal and now norm jewels is saying they will not refund until I remove the dispute.

We bought a ring for our daughter's 25th birthday. It was beautiful and she loved it. The team at Norm were very helpful and quick to reply to emails. They explained the production process and timeline. I would be happy to recommend them and if I am looking to buy jewellery again in future, will definitely visit their site again.

The time frames are a lie and it will not turn up on time if you want an item from this store you are going to want to give it up to 3 months lead time. Customer service will make up excess including mossy agate being a rare stone. Based on the massive price fluctuations on every product in the store wen the site doesnt have a sale on you are overpaying by a minimun of £200< from my own searching it seems like all products are being produced in Turkey, this probabaly means they source from Asia my recommendation is to avoid this company take any design they have and fine your own Turkish jewelry to make a custom peace for you, it will cost 1/3 the price and take the same time.

The worst staff I have ever experienced. They are rude and don’t reply to emails.

They then try and blame you for them not contacting you, the worst company I have ever come across. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely a waste of money.

The ring is so thin you can barely see it (twice thinner than on their website)
There is no certificate for the emeralds.
The ring feels very scratchy and uncomfortable to wear.
Do NOT order if you’re shipping to the UAE — customs clearance takes weeks and the fees end up costing almost half of the ring itself.

Great customer service! I recently ordered a ring but had to return it due to sizing. The Norm team were very helpful and responsive, offering solutions including a full refund. I’ve now received my refund and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thanks Norm!

Honestly the worst experience with my engagement ring. Their rings unfortunately are not fit for purpose, ring broke after 24 hours, after much back and forth and getting them to agree a replacement that arrived broken! Now not willing to let them “repair” it again and asking for a partial refund so we can fix it locally, oh no they would like the ring back. Customer service waits weeks to reply as well. Awful from start to finish.

EDIT: in response to the reply. That is true of my experience, we were left with no response for 2 weeks after the promise of an update, we were only responded to after prodding for a response.

Ordered an engagement ring on the 31st of May. Received contact on the 4th of June that it was delayed. Everytime I ring I get told the same lie. ‘It’s being finished and will be received in a few days’ rang yesterday and got told it was being picked up by the courier (it hasn’t been picked up and it’s the day after). Been ringing the shop all day and they’ve been ignoring my calls all day.

3-6 working days is what their policy states and we’re now onto the 13th working day and it still hasn’t been collected by the courier.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering as everyone says the same. Avoid at all cost

I ordered a necklace pendant but the delivery took longer than promised due to production delays. To their credit and great customer support the team at normjewels got in touch unprompted and explained the reason for the delay. They also provided me with a partial refund of the sale price which I really appreciate.
The pendant itself is great quality and looks beautiful.
They deliver what they promise and if they can't, they are very responsive and make it right for the customer.

The hexagon ring is small, delicate, and quite thin, but very shiny. Perfect for anyone who loves simple elegance.

I ordered a wedding band with express shipping, expecting it to arrive within a specific timeframe for my wedding ceremony. The experience with Norm Jewels has been extremely frustrating due to consistent delays and a complete failure to meet published timeframes.

* **Production Delays:** The order was not ready within the promised 3–6 business day production period. After initial inquiries, I was informed the timeline was pushed back by approximately an additional week due to high order volume. This meant the ring was unlikely to arrive by my deadline.

* **Lack of Recourse:** Only after I requested a partial refund and threatened to dispute the charge for failure to deliver did the company issue a $50 partial refund and promise to prioritize the order.

* **Shipping Issues:** Even after being informed the order was shipped (June 4), the provided USPS tracking number showed no movement for five days, only confirming that a label was created.

* **Total Failure to Deliver:** As of June 8, the order has been in transit for 10 business days, already exceeding the quoted 1-6 business day delivery window by a significant margin, with the tracking still showing no movement.

The repeated failure to meet commitments and the tracking not updating has led me to believe I am being "strung along", giving the entire experience the appearance of a scam. I have escalated this issue to my bank's fraud reporting line to dispute the charge if the product is not delivered by my final deadline. Buyer beware.

UPDATE AS OF 6/9/2026:

Having posted my review on Trustpilot, (exactly as shown above), Norm Jewels contacted me to accuse me of defamation and threaten legal action against me, despite them suffering no damages up to this point and me having lost $700 (net of the $50 refund).

Whilst there were delays to my ring, once it did arrive (I wasn't in a rush so I understand if there were time pressures perhaps the experience would have been different) I was absolutely overjoyed.
I had seen a girl on a bus in London with a teardrop crossover ring months ago, and wanted one for my pinky but my fingers are so small. Norm was the only place I could find one that looked beautiful, and came in size 2.
Once it had been delayed I did reach out to enquire and was responded to and had thoughtful and honest communication.
I absolutely love the product, and whilst would definitely suggest looking into a better supply chain to improve delivery windows, I will absolutely order again.

The Bamboo ring is exactly how it was shown, Beautifully crafted,dainty and perfect for the pinky. shipping was a little longer then expected, but within 2 weeks, so no complaints. 100% satisified and will continue to purchase from them.
