I purchased the delicate Baguette birthstone bracelet with Aquamarine stone and it was absolutely stunning when it arrived. The packaging was lovely and high end. I had a little trouble with not hearing anything regarding shipping and started to get worried that i would miss the date I needed the gift for. I had a couple of emails back and forth with Claire in the support team who was so wonderful in confirming the shipping date and even offered a partial refund for my wait. Thank you Claire for your wonderful help. I would definitely purchase from Norm Jewels again.

For advice to anyone looking to purchase from here, just get in touch with customer service before buying to confirm shipping timeframes to avoid any stress. The pieces themselves once bought are worth it!

First and foremost I was always taught that customer service is what is most important. Being reassured that my order was as important to you as it was to me.
The ring I choose is absolutely beautiful…..the workman’s work is one of a kind.

Terrible experience. I missed my daughter’s birthday in May as her ring came weeks too late. Even though I was told 7-10 days. I was promised a free gift. Then her ring after one wear was faulty so I had to send it back. Still awaiting on the free gift I was told to send the ring back and a new one sent out. I did this and was told her new ring and gift were on their way.
Weeks later no ring no free gift. I was then told it hadn’t even been processed and would be sorted Immediately. It wasn’t it came late again mid August so we were already on holiday when it arrived. And guess what - I still never received my free gift! I’ll never purchase from this company again !!!! Ordered mid April -finally got replacement mid Aug.

I’ve never ordered jewellery online before as I thought sometimes the pictures can be misleading.
I’m so glad I did the ring in the picture is exactly what I received it’s beautiful lovely workmanship and true to size.
Norm jewels have given me updates while producing the ring.
The customer service was excellent!
I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered our ring without realising it wouldn’t make it in time, after being in contact after a day they managed to have the item arrive in time and on top of that we received a gift! Honestly over the moon and immensely happy with the service and the product I have received, so to the person who helped us thank you so so much!

I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift for a family member. The website and order confirmation stated 3 - 6 business days' shipping, however it did not indicate that the item had to be made first, which added over two weeks to the timeline. Once it did ship, the actual shipping took at least 7 days, and hasn't arrived yet. Customer Service was indeed responsive to my inquiries, but couldn't do anything about the actual timing. I am unable to give the item as a gift, as it didn't arrive on time, and will likely return it unopened. I would not have ordered the item had the actual timeline been transparent. Very disappointed in this purchasing experience. It is below par.

My ring has arrived, and is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the product! I hadn’t received my order after 2.5 weeks so reached out to customer service, and they responded promptly and had my order out to me within 48 hours of responding! As a gesture of good will, they offered a £15 refund for my troubles and a discount off my next order. I also contacted them prior to ordering to ask about Fonts for personalisation, and I received a prompt reply with the information I was seeking. Great customer service!

It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. When it came the ring was all tarnished and with marks on after them claiming that is takes so long to come as its handmade. I have sent it back on the 26th June with a RM label provided by them, to this day I have not seen my money back. Avoid them at all costs!

Awful company - definitely would warn you against them. I ordered a 14k bracelet 2 weeks ago as a christening present and called them as hadn’t received any further information. They then informed me they do not have the item in stock. They were not going to call me to let me know and then declined to send me a size up which they did have in stock! Their only solution was to last minute cancel the order. Completely unprofessional and I’m 50/50 if I’ll ever even get my money back. Do not use!!

It’s been two weeks and many emails later and I’ve heard nothing back, and I’ve still not received my ring. Avoid !

I place my order (#5057537) nearly 3 weeks ago now. I’ve heard nothing, even after I’ve emailed a handful of times text them across multiple of there social media’s. Customer service team is horrendous.

Website clearly says 3-6 days delivery time but delivery is weeks.

I do not believe they keep products in stock but don’t say this on the website.

When I questioned why I’d received no dispatch notice I was told:

“ I would like to inform you that, while we offer 3-6 business days shipping, all of our products are handcrafted, as clearly stated on our website. So there's a production time before shipping.”

There is no note anywhere obvious on the website that there is a ‘production time before shipping’.

I’d be happy for norm jewels to point out where it is on their website or where it is confirmed during purchase or any notification.

Customer service is prompt and friendly whilst offering delaying tactics - my delivery was in ‘final stages or production and quality control’. Yet still not sent a week later when I contacted them again.

It would be more helpful and honest to explain the production time up front, make it into a benefit- hand crafted and all that- and have happy customers. Not ones who believe the 3 to 6 shipping days and therefore are disappointed when birthdays or anniversaries gifts are late.

The only reason i can think that they don’t do this is that products are ordered from another supplier before Norm ship them. So products can probably be found elsewhere.

A nice product that is spoilt by the lack of candour about shipping times.

The actual ring itself is beautiful. We did have a bit of to and from regarding the timing of the order. I will be honest and say the time frame on the website isn't correct and it will most likely take around a month for the order to actually be delivered which is absolutely fine if this was stated correctly on the website because it is worth the wait and a beautifully crafted piece of jewellery for a very good price.

It does take time for people to get back to you regarding your order but once they do, they were very helpful.
Overall I love the ring that I purchased but be aware of the time frames before ordering and don't expect constant updates!
