Brandy Melville Avis 

Brandy melville is such a wild store.
I'm a 14-year old girl, and i live in a country, where the store isn't located (thank god!). I swear, when i tell you the shop is horrible in all ways, i mean it.

I was on a trip to Paris with my parents. We took the metro to a bigger store, where the famous Brandy-Café also was located. At first the google maps was wrong. The written adress was completely off, and we had to ask multiple other stores for hints where the Brandy was located. Finally we found it and it was looking good. There was many different types of clothings in different styles. I found some brown cargo-shorts, and i was wondering if they were too big for me.
Mind you: there is only one-sized clothes, and no fitting rooms.
Around the store young girls would hide from the workers and try on the clothes anyway.
So me and my mom decided that we would buy the clothes, go to a nearby restroom, try them on, return them if they didn't fit. So we bought the shorts, and some socks i found. Then we sat in the café, and the food was actually great.
Then we went to a nearby mall and tried them on. They were way too big, but i really liked the length, so i decided i would sew them in.

We went home to the hotel, and i quickly regretted the decision. I found a new Brandy store, which was located in an area we were gonna visit anyways. And oh my god. Firstly we were standing in a long line. When it was finally our turn, the cashiers told us that we could only exchange them for new clothes from their store. We couldn't even get our money back! So we went around in their hot store with loud bad music banging from the speakers, trying to find one pretty piece of clothing. But it seems like there is a lack of that in Brandy melville.

After walking around in the store for a long time, we found a belt, so i could at least wear the shorts for the rest of the trip.
I decided to sell the shorts on vinted, because i didn't even like how they sat on me anymore. They will be put up soon on the account: Edith-km

Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Brandy Melville in München einkaufen. Ich war schockiert. Alles in Onesize ( s bzw xs) keine Spiegel, keine Umkleiden und das Verbot, die Kleidung anzuprobieren. Was ist das denn. Was tut man jungen Mädchen mit so einem Laden an. Eine Frechheit. So was gehört verboten!!!

I got my package and the "Hailie top" got a whole in it after its 1st wash. i contacted brady melville about it and they said it was out of their hands, their clothes are not good quality.

I purchased one pair of pants over a week ago. I had no updates until about five days in. I got about three separate days It was supposed to come in and it didn’t come in any of the days and my friend who ordered five things got their package quicker and with more updates. Then when I emailed them about it, they basically just said I had to sit and wait again for any more updates. They gave no help to the problem whatsoever. I think if it’s gonna take this long to come in I should at least be given updates like my friend was because I’m getting updates every two days and apparently that’s not an issue to Brandy.

delivery is not great at all but the clothes are really cute!! recently the sizes have gotten SO BIG like tell me why a tank top is baggy when i try it on now

The top was cute and came with a little booooklet, but I paid a little extra for express delivery on a Friday which is supposed to take 1-2 working days, but it only delivered on Thursday so I’m quite annoyed about that. And, I didn’t get any tracking updates, but when I went to the shop app on Wednesday and it said it had delivered, even though it hadn’t.

Don’t ever visit their Rome Via del Corso store. Especially not 30 mins before closing time. They chase you out of the store well before closing time. They shut down access to changing rooms 15 mins before closing time. When u then try something in the store they say they close soon and you cannot try anything. At checkout they barely talk to you. Rude staff, bad customer experience and a disgrace for the brand. I should have dropped the clothing for my daughter on the floor right there. Unbelievable. Don’t go here.
