The biggest complaint was with a representative MALE AND His name was Tyler. He took my call at 4:45 PM. He showed an inability to listen and had a disdain inappropriate attitude. When trying to place a replacement on a couple of frames that I purchased and reference the order number HE was trying to imply as if I were LYING VERY RUDE!!! He was highly discourteous and hung up on Me, THE NERVE I guess because it was time for him to get off. I hope this is not the standard that you all display.ARE YOUR COMPANY FOLLOWS BC He was abruptly rude. He did not engage in listening instead he CHOSER TO OVERSPEAK . I hope I never have to encounter such a representative as Tyler today. ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN. HE DEFINITELY REQUIRES AND NEEDS ACCOUNTABILITY AND COACHING FOR THAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BE ATTENTIVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS FOR THEM TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS, ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE!!!

The customer service is very helpful. It had an issue with my order but Tony and Amanda helped me to sort my issue.

Ordered my first pair of eyeglasses from Kits and it was a seamless transaction! The glasses arrived in under a week, quality and style are top notch. One of the frames didn’t fit as I hoped, but customer service was beyond helping with taking care of me. Only regret I have, is waiting this long to place my first order!

I have had such a remarkably wonderful experience with my KITS glasses order. Initially, my doctor sent the wrong prescription. As this was my first experience ordering eye glasses, I didn't catch the mistake. Until I received my glasses and found that they were for distance, not my reading glasses I needed. KITS has replaced my glasses, free of charge, no shipping and allowed me to keep the wrong ones! I am so thrilled! Thank you so much for turning what could have been a very stressful experience into a great one.

I have now ordered 3 pairs of glasses. The experience from beginning to end was seamless. Glasses fit well and the progressives were equally very good. I did make one mistake. I ordered polarized glasses for indoor use. This was due to me not understanding what polarized means. Advise looking over the order carefully. Highly recommend ordering from Kits.

Easy to order. The fitting was correctly achieved from my phone camera. The frame and lenses were excellent. Progressive lenses give clear and focussed vision.

Ordered 2 pairs for me and my husband for the sale price and they both fit great and are good quality. Prescriptions were correct. My husband had trouble seeing through his and support gave him great device to stop switching with his old glasses. A few weeks later the arm screw came loose and requested a new screw but gave him a new exact same pair. Great service. Thank you kits.

Recently decided to try Kits, and I was blown away. The selection was extensive, the try-on option really helped to lock down a decision. The process to upload your prescription, direct bill my insurance, and selecting options for your lenses was a breeze. I received my glasses in a few days, and even had an issue that Dennis from customer service was able to solve for me in a matter of minutes. I definitely would recommend Kits to anyone looking for specs!

Virtually unprecedented top-tier customer service. Quick and efficient support is available through the entire process, and satisfaction with the end product is guaranteed, or at least that's what their behaviour would indicate. I've had one issue with a pair of frames that were not quite right for me (not Kits's fault) and they immediately switched them for me. All they seem to care about is customer satisfaction.
