Kits are amazing quality for such good prices, amazing details, perfect sizing. Worth the money and will be buying my Kits from here now.

Please avoid this site I’ve ordered a top which 2 months later hasn’t shown.. they keep sending me messages on WhatsApp saying that tracking may not show straight away! In fact I tried another site called Kits Republic & with in 2 weeks I had my top in mint condition so I’d recommend them. Regards UnitedMad83

DONT BUY! Took 8/9 weeks for my order to come it then came the complete wrong size ordered a 12-13 years got a sent a men’s medium! They offer me a 30% refund I refused they said best they could offer was 70% I thought 70 is better than nothing and they have ignored my emails since received my order over a month ago and still not got a refund or any further unless you want the hassle of claiming a refund through the bank avoid this place. Just so people know I placed my order in June and it’s still not sorted in September

So far atrocious. Been over 4 weeks and got nothing. I want to wait it out because the offer was great but there's a point where it becomes ridiculous. Had no update on tracking since the 11th Aug. If I knew I'd get them I'd happily wait but had nothing.

Awful scam!
Ordered on web, payment excepted, email then received saying the kits ordered were not in stock, I stupidly asked for different ones rather than refund.... still yet to hear anything 6 weeks later, 3 emails and 2 whatsapps all ignored

Avoid this company! Disgrace

Total scam, I ordered 2 Jerseys and had no confirmation of the order just an Email offering extra discount if i ordered more, 3 weeks later i have had no response to my multiple Emails querying where the order is.
Do not buy from this company!!!

Still haven’t received my order from June fully. Don’t buy from kits26 if you want to spend your money to nothing.

ONLY 1 OUT OF 4 JERSEYS HAVE ARRIVED!!!
I have waited since the 17th of July for these to come, it is now September 4th.
When I ordered the jersey I was given confirmation on the jerseys and was patiently waiting for them. On the 8th of August I was sent an email that 3 of the 4 jerseys I had ordered were OUT OF STOCK!! I then was told to choose 3 other jerseys and get 50% off my next order or get a full refund. I chose to take up the offer of choosing 3 more jerseys and get the 50% discount. I then chose 3 different jerseys on the 16th of August. To this day I have only received 1 jersey and a 20% discount code for my next order. I will never order from this site again and will be telling others about the difficulties that come with ordering from this website.
Until this issue is resolved I will keep my review up with 1 star.

Good quality kits, worth the wait imo when you save a lot of money

Never had a problem with the quality of kit I’ve purchased always top notch! Would be 5 stars but sometimes with the time for order to show up can be a little bit long,but for price and quality can’t really complain..

Wow, when you think what clubs charge for shirts these days you should be using Kits26. Proper official shirts good quality as well as price.
Customer service, which is how I judge a company, was also spot on with a problem being sorted out without fuss or argument. Will defo be using these again

I ordered 4 kits on 27th July 2026.

Today is the 2nd September 2026.

Item not received.

Emailed their customer service address, sent me back a generic message.

Terrible service.

Ordered a kit on the 2nd of August for my brothers birthday on the first week of September.

Still no sign of it shipping. Sent an email a week ago to see if it was going to be delivered on time and got no response. Getting the feeling my brother wont be getting his present anytime soon.

Total con. Ordered a Villa kit a month ago. Not delivered. No reply to my emails. Do not use these con men. You have been warned.

Placed my order on 1st Aug for express delivery and still waiting for it on the 1st Sep! I've sent 7 emails so far requesting updates on my order as the tracking hasn't updated since 4th Aug and I've not had one single reply!!!!

Scum company. Waited 6 months for a kit to be delivered and when it did finally arrive it was wrong. Refused to give me a refund so I will be taking this further. AVOID!!!

Quality of the product if brilliant, can hardly tell the difference from buying it at the club store. The communication from the team was brilliant - the only downside being that it took a lot longer than the original 2-3 weeks to arrive

ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS !

Thought this would be a good site to get my nephew some kits. It’s been nearly a month and still have not received the order. The tracking hasn’t updated it just says processing. I’ve tried contacting them but it keeps having automated responses saying where I can track the order.

It’s terrible waiting a month and the parcel not to be even.

This is the second time I have been scammed by a company selling football shirts. Thankfully this time it was only £19.90 (I say) Bought on the 8th tracking is fake and they never respond to my queries either from my personal e-mail or through contact @kits26.com. Complete scammers so don’t buy from them. My next stop will be trading standards to get this company shut down. Your reply is even fake as I have not had an e-mail
