My order never got shipped and customer support is not replying to any emails

Everything was great just a bit delay to receive my order.

Excellent products for quality, size, colours and model variety. Excelent delivery and support service. I'll buy again, for sure.

Hi, my name is Christin and I really DONT recommend to order at Berry! I ordered beginning of May 4 pieces, 3 I returned and at first it is such a non-service, that they force you to pay the return and of course, better with tracking, as it seems they are not able to handle their warehouse. So, I shipped it back with DHL, send the the tracking number, I shipped to the address they send me via e-mail and at the end, the they, the the post did not send it to the warehouse and they push me to pay the whole amount. Since months now we had e-mail conversations, i offered, as it seems the Finnish post was, the bottleneck and I would be fine with paying and receiving a voucher, but now they are "playing dead" dont answer anymore. What a shit show and not excising customer service.

Do not buy from them. Quality and sizing are off. They also deliberately take advantage of customer from the return process.

I should have read other reviews before I bought their stuffs. I faced the same problem when returning goods and ended up paying CHF 85 on top of the products that cost CHF 130. The products that I can’t use.

After I sent the return shipment from Switzerland in early May, the goods got stuck at Finnish customs for a couple of weeks. Then the tracking app showed it was a failed delivery, so the goods were sent back to me in Switzerland.

The conversation I had with Berry’s representative centered around the false Swiss Post information, and I should follow up with them. Since they did not receive the returned goods, they can’t issue the refund.

I have ordered sportswear from different brands within the EU, such as AYBL and Stronger, and they all handle the return process very well. Other global brands such as Gymshark and Lorna Jane do it well too. Farfetch also has a trustworthy selling and return process. They even refunded me when my returned goods were lost by the shipping courier.

Berry Helsinki chooses to ignore these repeated issues and let customers pay the price despite the proof of their efforts.

NEVER BUY THIS CHINA BRAND. FIRST OF ALL IT WILL COME FROM CHINA (will take more than 3 weeks). AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS THEY DO EVERYTHING THAT IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY AND TIME.

Wenn es gehen würde 0 Sternen zu geben wäre ich erste. Retouren Bearbeitung schon seit April und es ist nichts geklärt. Die erwarten von mir dass ich Zoll Kosten von 100€ noch dazu übernimm und Sendung selbst ist um die 50Fr gewesen.
Firma ist nichts für Leute die nicht aus Finnland sind. Finger weg von dieser Seite.

The Esme sports pants are very comfortable and stylish. The fabric feels natural, lightweight, and breathable, making them extremely comfortable to wear. They are not see-through, easy to put on, and have a comfortable fit without being overly tight or containing too much Lycra.

My order took three weeks to arrive, which is an excessively long delivery time by today's standards. Unfortunately, the item did not fit and needed to be returned.

What I discovered afterward was even more disappointing. While the company ships orders using a relatively inexpensive postal service, they do not offer the same option for returns. Instead, customers are expected to arrange and pay for courier shipping - "hands to hands", which can cost more than the value of the item itself!!
In case, your return parcel ends up at a pick-up point, they won't collect it. At best, you can hope to get the package returned to you and end up keeping the items that don't fit in your closet!!

In practice, this makes returns extremely difficult and unreasonably expensive. Customers are left bearing a disproportionate financial burden simply for exercising THEIR RIGHT to return an unsuitable product.

Before ordering, make sure you are absolutely certain about the size and fit, because if you need to return an item, you may find that the cost of doing so is simply not worth it.

Don't waste your time and money, there are many better products and services to choose from!!

It was very good

Lange Lieferzeit, leider haben mir die bestellten Produkte nicht gepasst, trotz meiner Grösse. Der ganze Prozess der Retour ist extrem kompliziert. Schlussendlich wurde nach langem hin und her Schreiben die Bestellung zur Post abgegeben und an die von ihnen genannten Adresse Versand. Nach Wochen keine Rückerstattung. Ich frage nach, es heisst, die Produkte sind noch nicht angekommen. Es gehen wieder Wochen vorbei, ich frage nach. Es heisst sie haben immer noch keine Retour erhalten. Und eines Tages bekomme ich ein Päckchen von Berry mit dem Aufkleber von der Post; das Päckchen wurde von Berry nicht abgeholt und sie mussten es irgewann an mich zurück senden. Es hat mich so geärgert. Ich schrieb Berry an, mit dem Bild von dem Päckchen und dem Vermerk der Post. Berry schreibt zurück, ich hätte die falsche Adresse angegeben. Wir fragen nach der richtigen Adresse, diese senden Sie mir und es war die identisch gleiche Adresse die ich angegeben hatte. Fazit ist: Berry ist unseriös und eine abzocke Firma. Ich habe die Bestellung behalten und verschenkt. Jedoch schulden Sie mir die Postgebühr, da ich die Bestellung für die Versendung bezahlt habe und diese von ihnen nicht abgeholt wurde.

Very disappointed with the customer service from Berry Helenski. We contacted the company regarding our return immediately after arriving back from overseas however despite explaining the circumstances the return was still rejected due to being marginally outside their return period.

The item was completely brand new, unused and in original packaging and we were simply hoping for a reasonable level of flexibility and understanding from what positions itself as a premium retailer. Unfortunately none was shown.

It was disappointing to experience such a rigid and dismissive approach over a matter that could have been resolved quite easily through good customer service and discretion.

This experience has unfortunately left a very negative impression of the brand and how they treat customers once a sale has been made.

I am delighted with my jumpsuit; fits like a dream & is really flattering. I am 5ft10” & often struggle with the fit of jumpsuits - this is perfect! I plan to wear it when spring comes to my salsa & bachata classes.

Je past 3 items niet. Ze geven een adres op, betaalt flinke kosten en krijgt het pakket gewoon weer retour. En verder helpen ho maar. Koop er niet!! Kwaliteit valt ook zwaar tegen voor die prijs.

Nicely packed, perfect materiál and I love it

I placed an order (#4752) on February 27, 2026, with an estimated delivery window between March 14 and March 25. This was already quite long for a shipment within Europe (Helsinki to Portugal), but I accepted it.

The package was shipped and has been marked as “in transit” since March 4. The last tracking update showed it arrived at a local delivery facility on April 1, but it was never delivered and there have been no updates since.

I contacted customer support, and while they acknowledged a delivery issue with the courier, they refused to issue a refund because the parcel is still technically “in transit.” This is very frustrating, as the delivery window has long passed and the package appears to be lost.

Another important point: the store presents itself as a European (Finnish) brand, but based on the shipping process, tracking format, and delivery timelines, it appears the products are actually shipped from outside Europe (likely Asia). There is nothing wrong with that in itself, but it should be clearly communicated. In this case, it feels misleading, as customers may expect faster EU shipping and different standards.

Under EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring delivery, and customers should not bear the risk when a parcel goes missing. Despite this, the company is not taking responsibility.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience due to:
- Excessive delivery delays
- Lack of resolution for a missing order
- Refusal to refund despite non-delivery
- Misleading branding regarding shipping origin

I would strongly recommend improving transparency and customer support before purchasing.

Super confortable and elegant.
Adapts to all movements, being Gym or Pilates, also looks good for an outside walk.
