The engineer was late
I had called to ask what was happening & was told the engineer wasn’t answering his phone - this was untrue as when he arrived he had no idea he was late / had just been given the job & no one had called him
EE had not explained about the over head cable across my property
Once the engineer was there , he was very good
But since the installation, I have had repeated problems with the WiFi connecting to my laptop & printer

I am delighted with my jumpsuit

I am delighted with my jumpsuit; fits like a dream & is really flattering. I am 5ft10” & often struggle with the fit of jumpsuits - this is perfect! I plan to wear it when spring comes to my salsa & bachata classes.
Also fantastic service from Berry 😊

Making the appointment for my contact…

Making the appointment for my contact lenses check was easy. I wasn’t kept waiting & Shara was very helpful & knowledgeable.
I have been with Boots for over 25 years & very happy with the service

David & his team were simply fantastic…

David & his team were simply fantastic from the outset. Efficient,professional & nothing was too much trouble.
Very kind & respectful; appreciative of the fact that clearing a loved one’s home is a sensitive time.
Highly recommend them .

Impressed ....

From the moment I walked in " just to have a look" whilst my car was being cleaned, I was impressed with the friendly, helpful staff.
I was then even further impressed with the quality of the furniture and even more impressed by the special offers.

My only criticism is that as many of the products are self assembly, it would be a good idea to offer an assembly service at a reasonable price.
