Also …. ich bin total begeistert von den Teilen, die ich mir bei MLP bestellt habe 🫶. Sie fühlen sich so leicht auf der Haut an und sehen auch noch umwerfend aus 😊. Das war definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung 🤭.

⚠️ Attention, n’achetez pas chez eux !
Très mauvaise expérience avec cette boutique.
Pour retourner une commande depuis la Suisse, c’est toute une histoire qui a pris des semaines.. procédure compliquée et frais de retour très élevés.
Ils ont d’abord insisté pour que je garde les articles et me proposent un avoir pour leur boutique, ce que j’ai refusé. Au final, ils refusent de me rembourser l’intégralité de mes articles.
Ils déduisent des frais et refusent également de rembourser un article que j’ai pourtant retourné intact. Leur justification repose sur une prétendue tache constatée à la réception, que je conteste totalement. J’ai renvoyé tous les articles parfaitement propres et dans l’état dans lequel ils se trouvaient.
Ce qui m’interpelle d’autant plus, c’est qu’en lisant les avis d’autres clients, j’ai constaté que des personnes rapportent une expérience similaire concernant des articles prétendument tachés à leur retour.
Bref, pour un simple retour, c’est un véritable parcours du combattant, avec des frais importants et un remboursement qui n’est finalement pas effectué comme prévu.
Très déçue de cette expérience et du service après-vente. Je ne recommanderai pas cette boutique.

Complete fraud and theft.
Still fighting for a refund for an order placed in December. I am still trying to get a £102 refund from this company after returning the items at my own expense.
I have now exchanged 66 emails with them, repeatedly being told that the refund will be processed, only for them to come up with another excuse as to why they have been unable to do so. I have been told things such as they 'don’t process refunds on Fridays', that my card details had failed, and most recently that they physically need my bank details provided on a printed piece of paper. Completely fraudulent company.

I completely understand your reaction. However, as we provided as proof, your payment method has rejected the refund each time. To resolve the situation, we therefore asked you to provide your bank details so that we can process the refund via bank transfer.
There was, however, a misunderstanding regarding the document requested. We did not ask you to send the physical bank document, but rather a “printed RIB” in PDF format.
I have already sent you an email to clarify the situation and apologize for the confusion.

Bin leider auch auf diesen Scam Shop reingefallen. Produkte kommen direkt aus Asien. Habe ca. 6 Wochen drauf gewartet. Qualität ist wirklich nicht gut für den Preis! Die Sachen saugen sich auch total voll mit Schweiß. Und die Sachen fallen sehr klein aus, obwohl ich zwischen XS und S bin (S ist sehr wng). Sehe in einem Oberteil aus wie eine Salami im Netz. Habe mich trotzdem entschieden die Sachen zu behalten, nachdem ich über den Retourenprozess hier gelesen habe. Nie wieder!!!

Horrible return policy
Due to their return policy I am out 70$. Because of shipping costs ( to return an item to your credit card) one must ship back overseas at cost to customer. OR you can keep the item and get a 70% of item credit. Sounds good right? Donte the item you can’t use and get a credit. Well I thought I would try the pants and they don’t fit my body but now I am left with pants that don’t fit. I don’t get a credit or my money back unless I send items back to France. I am going to be in France and offered to bring it in but there are no stores. I spoke with customer
service many time and was told it is too much of a loss for the company. Awful practice. When only an online shop returns need to be flexible. I was happy to return either item but I had to pay shipping to France. I am going to be in France in October and was told it’s out of return time frame. Yes I kept the bra that did not fit because it was cheaper than to mail it back. I would have lost cost of shipping from cost of item.

However, I would like to provide some clarification.
When you first requested to return your order, we offered you the option of keeping the order and receiving a 70% store credit to avoid the return shipping costs. You then used this credit to place a new order.
If you would now like to receive a refund for this second order, the items concerned would need to be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund while allowing you to keep both orders. The second order must therefore be returned if you would like to receive a refund.
We do not have a physical store in France, as we operate exclusively online. However, you already have our return address in France and can send the parcel directly to this address.
We completely understand that our return policy may not meet your expectations, but we did our best to offer you an advantageous solution when you first requested a return.
We sincerely hope you will understand our position, and we thank you for your understanding.

Ich habe bei MLP um 305€ eingekauft. Der Shop hat mir Ware im Wert von 100€ zugeschickt und den Rest nicht. Allerdings hat das Unternehmen dann angegeben alles geliefert zu haben. Daraufhin musste ich eine eidesstattliche Erklärung abgeben, dass ich die Klamotten nicht erhalten habe. Schließlich bekam ich eine Nachricht die Ware die ich bestellt habe, sei ausverkauft und ich soll mir Ersatz aussuchen. Allerdings wurden mir vergünstigte Waren aus dem Abverkauf angeboten… Ich habe dann geantwortet, dass ich einen Gutschein möchte aber das haben sie mir nicht ausgestellt. Irgendwann haben sie dann geschrieben mir nun doch die Ware zuzuschicken. Bis heute kam nichts an…, ich warte noch immer auf Klamotten im Wert von über 200€ und leider ist alles bereits bezahlt…

BEWARE OF SCAM. I ordered $169 of clothing which did not fit. If you will notice, there’s no return address on their website. That’s because they could ask you to mail it anywhere in the world. It took them a week to respond to my email and give me a mailing address in France. Then they stated that they also required you to return to pay for return customs fees— which is NOT stated on the return policy on their website. Upon receipt, they claimed that the customs fee was around $122, and I had already spent $30 on shipping . They refused to provide documentation of the customs fees which are not in line with standard fees. I would NOT recommend MLP.

Regarding the return, we want to be completely transparent about this. Our return policy clearly states that return costs are the customer’s responsibility when an order is returned for a refund.
Regarding customs duties and taxes, these are neither set nor charged by MLP. They are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country, in accordance with the applicable import regulations. We completely understand that these fees may seem high and that this situation has been particularly frustrating. Unfortunately, we have no control over the customs duties and taxes determined by the relevant authorities.
We are also sorry if the delay in responding to your request made you feel that you were not sufficiently supported. This is absolutely not the experience we want to provide to our customers.
We sincerely hope that these explanations will help clarify the situation and provide a better understanding of the origin of the various fees incurred.

Produits bas de gamme fabriqués en Chine et revendu sous diverses marque. Je leur ai posé des questions sur le prix (abusif) de leur produit et on m a répondu que c était du à la faible quantité produite. Ce produit existant sous diverses marques il est produit en grosse quantité vendu jusqu a 3 fois moins cher ailleur. Ils ne se contente de mettre juste une etiquette MLP dessus.
Dur de se faire rembourser . Produits transparents ou trop légers. Certains ne taillent pas bien . Dernière commande : le demande du L, ils m envient un M en me disant que c est mieux.
3 fois que je me fais rembourser en avoir. Mais a chaque fois que je re-commande, c est toujours là meme déception. Donc plus jamais...

I really loved the quality of this set
I really loved the quality of this set. I bought it for my yoga sessions, and it feels incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear—you barely notice it’s on your body.
The only thing to keep in mind is the sizing. It runs a bit small, so I’d recommend sizing up. Other than that, the quality is fantastic.

Bonjour. Pour l’instant je laisse un avis négatif. Qui ressemble à beaucoup d’autres concernant ce site. Commande faite il y a 15 jours. Aucune nouvelles concernant l’envoi ou la livraison durant une semaine. Envoi d'un message de ma part pour prévenir de mon départ prévu une semaine après. Service client présent mais réponse quasi automatique et répétitive en mode « IA » : « Oui nous comprenons votre désagrément ». Je pars ce jour. Je n’ai rien reçu et aucune possibilité de savoir où en est la commande. Je demande un remboursement intégral et comme je n’ai plus confiance je met mon avocate sur ce dossier. La commande était professionnelle et conséquente… Je changerais l’avis en fonction de la suite donnée à cette affaire.
