Solid Pieces are Great
Quite pleased with most items as they are as advertised. No tarnishing, no black lines on my skin, no issues. Ordered a few different items as gifts and for personal use, they're almost all great - with the exception of the series with gems on. 3 of the gems from the ring fell quite fast, and the necklace lost 1 soon after, both with minimal wear. The solid pieces are great though!

I only have myself to blame to assume I would get 12 pieces of quality jewelry for under £130. I saw the package was being shipped by Yun Express which is based in Shenzhen, China so this company is indeed sourcing from one of the largest manufacturing areas in China. When I got the package it was obvious immediately that the quality looks nothing like what’s advertised on the site and you can tell right away that it’s cheap and tacky. I don’t believe it’s tarnish free or made with any quality pieces but I guess time will tell and I can’t return it since if you take earrings out of the package it’s voided. It actually is crazy to me that they’re allowed to advertise their products without breaking any consumer marketing laws. If you’re looking for cheap jewelry this is fine. But the quality is nothing like what you’ll find with other brands like Mejuri or Gorjana, this is a scam.

Misleading advertising of location and…
Misleading advertising of location and delivery timeframes. This company is not UK based and the times frames given for delivery are very different to what you are told when querying the tracking that doesn’t work.
In response to your reply. You have a residential letter box address in the UK but a tiny bit of investigation shows you do not ship via that address. In essence you are drop shippers of identical jewellery that is available at lower price from other retailers this could be misleading to consumers and I for one would not have ordered if I had known.

Tevreden met aankoop
De bestelling kwam aan zoals ik besteld had in een mooi doosje. Alles goed verpakt, niks beschadigd. Ik draag de sierraden nu een paar weken en de kleur blijft goed zoals beloofd. Dat komt door de manier waarop het goudlaagje is aangebracht (google maar). De ringen zijn wel wat dun en het armbandje heel fijntjes, dus ik moet er wel zuinig op zijn. Ik had alles iets dikker of steviger verwacht, maar dan gaat de prijs natuurlijk ook omhoog. De sierraden lijken wel erg mooi en zitten goed. Ik ben tevreden en ik heb alweer opnieuw iets besteld.

Best customer service.
J’ai eu quelques problèmes avec un modèle de boucles d’oreilles et un collier qui avait une erreur de fabrication mais le service à la clientèle était A1. J’ai été servie rapidement, efficacement et extrêmement gentillement.
Rien n’était compliqué et j’ai même pu garder un des colliers que je voulais échanger car je n’aimais pas vraiment le design.
Leurs bijoux sont de belles qualités outre mes petits problèmes.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Do not order from here. My bracelets turned silver and broke from 2 months of having them. I took good care of them and I didnt wear them every single day like they claim you can. Yet they still broke. I was offered 24 dollars for 3 bracelets and I would have to pay more money if I wanted them replaced.

In our last response, we explained that our warranty replacements are completely free of charge. Our returns portal sometimes mistakenly shows an outstanding balance if the original items were purchased on sale, but we always manually modify this and zero out the invoice on our end once submitted.

Really bad quality, straight from Alibaba/AliExpress. All the pieces have very dark yellow colour, one of the necklaces already broke on the second wear. Might as well buy for a lot cheaper at SHEIN, Temu and such.
