The item haven't delivered.

I ordered some items about a month ago, but they have not arrived yet.
I have already contacted the shop about this, but I have not received any response.

After checking the tracking information, it appears that the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We also checked for any email received from you, but couldn't find any. We completely understand your concern.

Great packaging and chic

Great packaging and the jewelry is heavy which is great. I like that the bracelet and ring which I got look chic just as in the pictures, fits greatly as they are adjustable. I have long & fat figures yet the ring fits very well.

Jewellery comes from China!

Jewellery comes from China!! I thought I was buying from European retailer (they say they are a company in Netherlands), but the items come from China, so I was very disappointed.
