The condition of the vehicle provided was unacceptable, unsafe, and fell far short of standard industry expectations.I experienced several major issues during the rental period:Poor Hygiene and Age: Upon pickup, the car was visibly dirty both inside and out. It was also a significantly older model than expected, showing heavy wear and tear.Mechanical Failure & Safety Hazard: While driving on the highway, the vehicle malfunctioned due to a flat lower. This caused a dangerous driving situation. The car clearly suffers from a severe lack of routine maintenance.Defective Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system was in poor condition and emitted a loud, disruptive noise throughout the trip, making the drive highly uncomfortable.Unreasonable Drop-off Demands: To make matters worse, upon returning the vehicle, your representative demanded that I return the car completely clean, despite the fact that it was delivered to me dirty.Operating a vehicle in this condition is both a safety risk and a breach of the rental contract.

General Overview:
The scheduled tour was executed successfully. The itinerary was excellent, and the locations visited are of extraordinary beauty.

Staff and Logistics:

Tour Guide: Extremely professional, punctual, and always attentive to the group's needs. A true added value to the overall experience.

Driver: Impeccable, ensuring safe and smooth transfers throughout the journey.

Accommodation and Transport:

Hotels: The Wyndham confirmed its status as a high-quality property. Regarding the Pullman Hotel, while it is a quality medium , it felt somewhat too large and impersonal. For future arrangements, I suggest prioritizing Boutique Hotels, which better align with a more refined and intimate travel experience.

Transportation: The vehicle provided was comfortable and suitable for our needs.

Catering Services (Areas for Improvement):
A critical point concerns the management of lunches. The cuisine was often found to be too heavy, with an excessive use of fried foods and oil.

Recommendation: It is essential to offer guests the option to choose from the à la carte menu, even if it involves paying a price difference. Dietary freedom of choice is crucial to ensuring guest satisfaction, especially for those who prefer lighter and healthier options.
