As soon as we became aware of the issue, we despatched the missing parts to you via next day courier delivery.
On 03/05/26, we emailed to confirm that everything had been resolved, but unfortunately we didn't receive a reply. We've also tried calling you several times since then to check in, but haven't been able to reach you.
We haven't received any further reports of issues from you since.

Takes ages to book. A process is super non transparent. It's not clear what driver is paid and they use your time to try to save them own money not you by taking up to 50% of the fees just for the platform use.

They don't look at documents uploaded, there is no transparency what's given to lettings agency. It takes 48 hours for them to look at anything not standard. I had to call them 3 times and even though I am employed I was told I was not approved.
Addimg lot of unnecessary stress and time to tenancy applications.

Worst reference service ever. They don't read the attachment you add and it takes them 48 hours to answer any questions.
Never in my life have I had to work so hard just to prove that I'm employed only for then to then claim I'm not employed and recommendation is already sent so nothing they can do about it. The lettings agency using them already mentioned to use another reference check company due to recent issues
