At first I was a bit sceptical because of the bad reviews, but I decided to order anyway because they had a lamp I really loved.
And everything went super smoothly. Especially the packaging, they put the box of the lamp in a bigger box an packed it with air cushions. Felt almost a bit over the top but there was absolutely zero chance of my lamp getting damaged.
Also communication was great, got an update email everytime the status of my shipment changed.
So all in all a very positive experience for me.
