I have not had any contact from Yardforce to request more information.
My order was placed on 5/7/26 and I received an e-mail from them advising the order was being prepared for shipping.
I last chased up this order on 20/7 with a promise to receive a call back yesterday, no call was received.
To clarify the order is as follow:-

I want a call back from a manager or supervisor as this has gone on long enough and I have been invoiced for this item.

Few years back I bought a little jet washer from yard force, I thought that will do me as it’ll do the cars the bikes etc nothing stressful as it’s only a little unit. Well let me tell you how wrong I was. I have hammered this poor thing over the years and last week I thought ok the wife and I will take turns to clean out drive. After 18 solid hours over two Saturdays this thing never got a rest and it did it without any issues at all. What a tool, honestly the quality of this little unit is amazing flat out all day only stopping for a coffee and a sandwich, so do I rate yard force oh yes. Amazing bit of kit. A big thank you to the people who make these as I’ve had loads of pressure washers and they last a year or so then in the skip. Excellent product. Five star. ( it’s my husbands review)

Ordered a robomower and battery. Order dispatched unfortunately this delivery arrived on Friday minus robomower. Delivery driver photo was able to show exactly what we received. Contacted helpline who were able to sort out the problem and deliver our mower on the Tuesday.

The lawnmower I purchased several years ago is excellent value for money when the battery required replacement the website was clear and easy to navigate to identify the correct replacement.
The delivery service was outstanding and the new battery arrived extremely quickly.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Sorted out a replacement pressure washer through warranty within a few days. Initially their customer service advised to go back to the retailer and there were issues with the live chat. However once they agreed to send the warranty form and it was filled out, they responded very quickly and sent a replacement the next day. Thank you

Purchased a battery strimmer from yardforce, after emails sent to confirm a delivery date to be told out for delivery, it wasn't as it was sold out.
Email after email to try and resolve my complaint got an apology and the offer of a 50% discount I excepted this and no payment forthcoming.
Put a payment dispute with my bank and received a full refund, now the bank has recharged my account because Yardforce put in a dispute.
Don't use them beware

Nous sommes le 6 juillet aucune livraison.

J’ai relancé une première fois le 2/07 on m’annonce qu il ne s’agit pas d’un retard de leur part mais du transporteur DHL. Je demande donc le numéro d’envoi et de suivi et là bizarrement changement de discours on m’annonce que la commande de n’a pas été expédié et qu’ils me des l’expédition.

Delivery very quick

That you care and will address and rectify a challenge without delays!

Ordered a new battery for my pole hedge trimmer. yard force handled the ordered wonderfully.
Only issues were with delivery, even though I was in for delivery, and we have a ring door bell, the delivery driver didn't ring it, and knocked on door, a big house, and by the time we got to the door, they'd left, not able to leave like amazon if we don't get there soon enough and take a picture of the door.

Was a repeat order, so 'knew' what to expect.
