Everything went well. The quality of the clothes were excellent and the delivery by Evry arrived on time and was left in the place I had advised. Thank you all.

The process of ordering was very easy and delivery was made within the time specified.

I bought some fantastic Roman jeans. I had searched everywhere on-line for something suitable and then I found the Slim Leg Stretch Mom Jeans. They are fitted but not too much, a good colour and a decent stretch. The make my legs look elongated and they are just above my ankle - just such a lovely look. True to size, attractive and good price. I recommend!

I have been fighting for a refund due to my order getting sent back to wrong place have tracking for all 4 boxes been revived by same person saying don’t have it but been signed for no phone numbers to ring all done online customer service is shocking in emails and on Facebook chat I would never use them first and last time for a big company I got told I will eventually get my money back as a goodwill gesture not sure how they worked that out as was my money had to go to ceo in the end but still very rude I would stay clear wish I done more research on them as a lot of reviews on sites about them if you can stay away not worth the hassle trying to get your own money back

I ordered an item through them which was delivered. I don’t like the item and wish to return it but it seems to be impossible. Debenhams just keep referring me to the company Brandhouse Fashion Ltd but the email address you cannot access, neither can I find a customer service address for Debenhams, it seems like if you order anything from them whether you like it or not you are stuck with it!! Will Never use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dreadful retailer - refuses to communicate with customers. despite their tersm and conditions, and fails to issue refunds for faulty garments. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
My advice is to shop the brands individually and avoid the concession stores

Never got my gazebo , they took my money advised to do next day delivery at an inflated cost and have not delivered or given an update on delay.Debenhams dont have contact numbers so you cant call anyone . I will never order from Debenhams again .

Always have a great experience shopping with Debenhams and would have given 5 stars if I had received my parcel next day as ordered. The problem is they now use Evri to deliver who are an absolute joke they never deliver when promised. They always have excuse after excuse as to why my parcels aren’t going to arrive. I’ve put in so many complaints and it’s never addressed fully, my heart drops when I find out they are going to be the courier!!!

I ordered a storm trooper decanter set and was sent just the decanter I have contacted you utter useless customer service which puts you to an AI that I’m guessing Mr Bean developed, and then went on to train your customer service team, I was told we are waiting for a response from our market place seller (which I had no idea I was buying from)being told 5 to 6 times wait 3 working days for them to reply to now getting no response apart from mr Beans AI system, the latest outcome was for me to return it to a post office which I am unable to, and now it seems to be swept under the carpet, this has been going on for 6-8 weeks now, I can safely say I will definitely not use Debenhams again.
I appreciate people make mistakes but it’s all about how you resolve them after, and you have dealt with worse than anyone I have ever bought from only given 1 star because I can’t give minus a million

Nicely packaged and delivered in time. No problems here.

Warning to other shoppers
I strongly advise people not to order from Debenhams. My recent experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

I received an incorrect item, one dress was shockingly poor quality, and because Debenhams split my order into multiple parcels, I was forced to return everything separately — and then charged multiple return fees for their own decision. Customer service repeatedly avoided answering basic questions, gave inconsistent information, and showed zero accountability.

They also automatically added Seel Protection at checkout without clear consent, which is misleading and feels deliberately designed to catch customers out.

The quality, transparency, and customer care have all gone downhill. I will not be ordering from this site again, and I recommend others avoid it to save themselves the stress, wasted time, and unnecessary charges.

I bought a item from Debenhams a couple of months ago - and since then I have been bombarded by relentless promotional emails from Debenhams outlet with so-callled "edits" coming several times a week. They pretend to be customised for me but include things I never ever need or want - e.g. bed frames or green giraffe bedding . In order to unsubcsribe - instead of doing it with one click as all traders respecting your personal data do - you need to "change your preferences" in sixteen lots of traders - each having up to 20 option - that is making at least 320 clicks and spending hours "updating " your preferences. Maybe Debenhams think that it is a "clever" way of keeping their customers - NO, IT ISN'T! With some difficulty I managed to find a Cusotmer service email who were very nice and said that they unsubscribed me from all their communications. But - guess what? In a couple of days I received again another promotional email from them. I would like Debenhams to respect my personal choices and not to play fast and loose with my personal data.

The range of sheets that I was looking for was available and easy to order from the website. The goods arrived at the time quoted, the parcel was well put together and I'm delighted with the quality and colour of my order.

I purchased a combination ceiling fan,light etc
This is one of the best items that I have ever purchased and I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone that normally uses stand alone fans.

Fast delivery just a shame that the instructions were all in Chinese with no English translations could have bought the same items much cheaper on Temu but thought I was buying from a British retailer very disappointed!!

I add promotions code for free delivery and when I want make a payment delivery cost me £4.99!!!!!rubbish !

Great choice of goods of good quality and prices are reasonable, I have limited mobility so do a lot of my shopping on line and I find Debenhams saves me tramping round shopping centres, I can find everything I want and need on their on line site
