They helped us buy our home 20 years ago this year, and we have always been treated professionally, but, more importantly, with honesty and friendliness. A huge thank you to Tony and Vicky, who are always available and ready with answers to any questions or queries we have had. Due to our age and mobility it is with a heavy heart that we have had to change Solicitors as the company is located a good way from us. We visited recently to close our account with them and because it had been some years since we had visited, we got lost - we phoned the office and Tony directed us in.

We've been using PSI for about 14 years now. We were moved across to them when our original accountants/solicitors went bust during the financial crisis, it proved a good move. Vicky Holden looks after us and speaks excellent English (because it's her native tongue) and super fast Spanish too. She's very helpful and obliging. I'd recommend them as a company to deal with and their offices are conveniently situated on the road between La Zenia Boulevard and the Playa Flamenca Saturday market.

Used this Company for House Conveyancing.
Found them to be "super efficient" , very transparent with all the work that they did, no hidden costs and extremely thorough and diligent.
They also set up Bank Account, Registration with Authorities and everything necessary for beginning a life in Spain, cant fault their advice, their efficiency and their costs.

After a number of disappointments with other Companies, I found PSI Consultants to be absolutely first rate. They explained the procedures that would apply in dealing with my case, and they followed them rigorously, with transparency, but with good sense. I felt confident I was always kept informed of that detail I needed to know, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought apartments x 65 and paid taxes for 80, not fear, I got some information from people with the same issue and they said we paid taxes for the right amount, not for the amount the catasto imposed, so I wanted to say you should look after the clients a bit better and give the right suggestions, I could save some money isn't?

I have been helped by Vicky & Tony over the last few years, regarding calculation and payment of my non-resident tax on the house I own. Plus over handling the conveyancing for the possible sale of my house in 2019. They have both been excellent in their knowledge, efficiency, speed of action and having such good friendly, effective inter-personal skills.
