I do not know what i would have done without the help of PSI. I was in a very difficult position when purchasing a house in Spain and without the very experienced staff i would have lost a lot of money. The staff are 100% trustworthy, friendly and go above and beyond their daily duties. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Always had good results with PSI but when I needed an address change on my car and driving licence they said they couldn’t do it but a Lawyer nearby did it—-cost €50. Disappointing!

To date we have had good advice and all our affairs have been kept upto date. A strength is that the company is contactable by post, phone and electronically and my contact, Tony , is fully aware of my circumstances and well able to deal with any quiries that I have,

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by PSI. We moved to PSI maybe 6-7 years ago and initially had concerns but the change in staff some 3-4 years ago, especially the arrival of Vicky Holden, have made great changes to the way PSI operate and that has given us the satisfaction of knowing that our apartment 'matters' are well under control and they provide the comfort in the way we work with our apartment in Playa Flamenca as non-residents.

I have been using PSI Consultants on the Costa Blanca since 2005. My original contact was Tony Skelton and now I speak to Vicky Holden. I have found both of them exceptionally professional and helpful, and nothing seems to be too much bother.
If I need a question answered I contact Vicky by email and the response is always fast and reliable. When I'm in Spain I can just call round to the office and I'm seen within minutes. Even if I don't have a query I like to call in at least once in the year and I am always sure of a warm welcome.
For anyone needing to understand the legal and fiscal system on the Costa Blanca this is the company to use.

Legal services: we have had excellent service(in English) from the property solicitors and support team.
Tax services: we use the basic non-resident service only, but have received good advice in addition to arranging our annual return.

Nothing is to much trouble absolutely excellent service

I have been emailing and ringing to find out info on our Non residency tax payment since last year. All I get is ignored by email or fobbed of on the phone. This payment is now nearly a month late
