Bought the Erin large relaxed seating. And an arm chair. Next had to replace the sofa 3 times due to faulty frame ..inspector even asked us why we bought from next !! He opened the fabric up and immediately saw that the frame work was not even screwed together !! If your sofa creaks get them to strip it there and then to inspect the entire frame ..they can do this and they do have the tools on them . Also all our sofas Off Gas ..the smell is what other people are calling onion garlic ..its VOC and It gets worse in the heat ..so this last heat wave has made ours absolutely stink . I will be complaining and asking for a refund this time . Enough is enough. Who knows if its toxic ! If enough people complain maybe Next will do something. Feel like going on This Morning and getting Next to answer the hundreds or thousands of customers with faulty sofas !! Dont buy from NEXT

Purchased a Erin relaxed 3 seater sofa from Next at the end of February this year, at first I thought it looked amazing but after only a short few weeks the cushions started to get really uncomfortable. They had big Dips were people had sat and feel really hard and lumpy.
I contacted customer service and as other reviews they sent a technician out who said it was because we were not "dressing" it properly. They expect us to turn they heavy cushions weekly ( that wouldn't be enough, we are doing that daily). They then want you to take out the filling, which is a flimsy material bag full of foam pieces, shake it, pull the bits of foam apart and then somehow get all that back in the cover, even the technician struggled doing it.
Not sure if we have any come back on the company, will try but won't hold my breath.
My advice to others DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM NEXT, ESPECIALLY SOFAS!!!!

Dålig kundservice men fick till slut hjälp att byta leveransadress då jag betalade via klarna och där låg en gammal adress kavr. Nu skickas paketet ändå till den gamla adressen trots att de lovat att de ändrat. Även superdålig app och hemsida. Försökte beställa i en vecka innan beställningen gick igenom.

We have the Erin deep relaxed sofa and it’s one of the worst purchasses we have ever made. The cushions loose shape so quickly and then stay that way. Customer service was awful. Stay away from next sofas.

I bought my first sofa from next a year ago but only had it for about 6 weeks it was awful. Uncomfortable to start and then developed a squeak. To be fair to Next I can't fault their customer service. Staff were very friendly, helpful and couldn't do enought to resolve my problem. They sent their repair man, again he was great, very helpful & completed the repair. However, I was still dissatisfied & Next agreed to replace with another choice. They gave me about 4-6 weeks to choose something else so, back to Next where I tried a couple more sofas. I chose the Stamford relaxed as the example in the shop felt comfortable. I took delivery and thought this is it, finally I can be comfortable. Again, very wrong! Firstly, I couldn't have the same material as the sample sofa in my colour choice. Not a problem, I was happy to have the velvet material. I was advised about the care & treatment of the sofa & to turn & plump cushions at least once a week. Well that is not the case as I am having to turn & plump every couple of days which is becoming too much of a chore. They go flat & become so uncomfortable that I am suffering once again with pain all over especially my seat. I know this is over 1 year ago but I am so miserable that it is affecting my health! I will never, ever buy furniture from Next again and will now be stuck with this sofa & of course a snuggle seat which no one sits on for how many years before I can replace it again. I feel so let down & if I could, would set fire to them! I know it is over a year since my purchase but I am so unhappy that I just wanted to warn others to not be fooled by what you see on the shop floor! As once you have chosen you may not get what you wanted. I'm sure that there have been a lot of satisfied customers but, I am sure there are also many unsatisfied customers too! Next are not the quality they were when they 1st opened and all my family started buying there!

We bought a sofa and two chairs last year and now I feel I can add an honest review. Wilson medium a fa in Juniper and 2 matching armchairs. We liked them die to the longer legs. First, in store we weren't given different delivery options; we weren't aware to bring the chairs into the house we'd need to pay an extra £60. We were just offered the standard charge. The chairs arrived first, in 2 separate boxes. I had to unpack them just st as it started spitting, drag them into the house and fix the legs. I'm in my 60's, not that strong. But I managed it. Thankfully when the sufa arrived the delivery men brought it inside and unpacked it and took the wrapping away. They informed me of the extra charge required. Apart from this fiasco, won't be buying anymore Next furniture because the two chairs are awful. The seats are now lumpy. I've either got to replace both chairs or replace the seat cushions. I wrote to Next immediately after the delivery and heard absolutely nothing. I've had furniture from them on the past but the quality and customer service has long gone. We puchased the furniture 4th January 2025.

Filtens färg stämde inte med bilderna. Jag fick returnera o betala enl deras policy 65 kr i returfrakt, även om det inte var mitt fel att de sålde en annan filt än den på bilden. Aldrig mer kommer jag att handla där.

3 times I placed an order with them....how can a business be so disorganized....do not buy from them...you will just waste your time

Do not buy sofas from Next. I chose the relaxed sit as I like to lay rather than sit on my sofa. Big mistake! The seat cushions are filled with loose bits of foam making them lumpy and uncomfortable. I always felt like I was laying at an angle and about to fall off. It also makes the material very creased after only a few days use making them look unsightly as well as uncomfortable. Next sent their so called independent assessor who declared them as having no manufacturing fault. His advice was to put the seat cushions on the floor and jump up and down on them. If you are looking for a daily workout then maybe these seat cushions are the ones for you. The assessor is not independent as he is earning big bucks declaring all Next sofas as sound. You can tell from all the other reviews that this is not the case.

I couldnt live with the relaxed sit so I had to pay Next over £200 for the Firmer sit seats. They are better but still not ideal. At least I dont now feel like I'm going to topple off onto the floor.

Avoid Next sofas at all costs!

Det här var sista gången jag beställde från Next. Det är tyvärr inte första gången det händer – det är samma visa varje eviga gång, leveransen tar alltid en evighet. Den här gången beställde jag kläder till mina pojkars skolavslutning den 2 juni, och vi har fortfarande inte fått dem. Så otroligt trist och dåligt! Next är helt opålitliga när det gäller leveranstider, så beställ inte härifrån om du behöver dina varor till ett visst datum.
Man får räkna med minst 2 veckors leveranstid, vilket är helt oacceptabelt idag.
Ett tips är att köpa Next via Zalando istället – det är en aning dyrare, men där får man åtminstone sakerna i tid!

Första gången som jag beställde från Next och är jättenöjd. Bra kvalité på plaggen och super snabb leverans.

Terrible customer service, still waiting for a package customer service super useless.
Never again.

Beställde 5 bandå toppar, 3 linnen och en T-shirt på måndagen kl 15 och fick hem allting på onsdagen kl 17. Inget strul alls direkt leverans till dörren lika smidigt som vilket annat varumärke som helst. Inga klagomål alls. Samma kvalitet som Zara eller Hm. Väldigt nöjd med tanke på det recensioner som står här.

Extremely poor quality, cushions inside main cushion look like folded duvet not even as good..
Complained and was told we are not dressing the sofa correctly? Meaning turning cushions etc…as recommend.
Followed all the pamphlet advice, only had sofa a few weeks.
Do not purchase from next..

Sagar på kundtjänst förklarade till mig hur välkomstrabatten fungerande när det inte var särskilt tydligt under vilka förhållanden som den kunde nyttjas.

Han löste mitt problem effektivt, kände mig väl bemött som kund också. :)

De lovade 20% rabatt på första beställningen för nya kunder, men jag fick aldrig nån rabattkod. Kundtjänst erbjöd mig 100 kr rabatt som kompensation, men ordern var på 2450 kr. Väldigt besviken.

Beställde ett par t-shirts och valde XS modellen hade också XS och passade hen perfekt men när jag provade den (när beställningen kom) så var den för stor och inte som det var på bilden. Köp inte där!
