Me han quedado ajustados y por vuestra política de devoluciones no lo hare ya que el cobro para enviarlos es de 25€ podrían verificar esta política para quienes somos clientes en Francia y el resto de Europa. Muy insatisfecha y por no leer esa política no volveré a comprarles.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our return process. We completely understand that return costs can feel frustrating, especially when returning from outside Denmark.
As stated in our terms and conditions, returns from outside Denmark are the customer’s own responsibility, including the shipping costs. This also means that we unfortunately don’t have control over the return price, as you’re free to choose the courier that works best for you.
When you exchange an item, we do cover the shipping cost for sending the new order back to you as a courtesy.
We’ll make sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team, as we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers.

As stated in our terms and conditions, all returns outside of Denmark are the customers responsibility - this includes shipping costs.
As a result, we unfortunately don’t have any influence on the shipping costs, as you are free to choose any courier you’d like.
When you exchange a product, we do cover the costs of shipping the exchange order out to you as a courtesy.
