I ordered my k tips on November 22nd and have not received any shipment information. My order was supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days and I have reached out via email a few times with no answer back. This company does not honor their word and they take your money and hold your product. I have a salon appointment in a week and may have to reschedule. I'm disappointed with this company and wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

Sorry for the unexpected delay becuase there was a mandatory environmental inspection in the past few days when our factory was not able to operate and process your hair.
Your order is expected to be shipped within 5-7 business days and today is the 8th business day so I realized the delay happened and had updated you via email that your order will be shipped on this Thurday or Friday (please check spam email folder if you didn't find my email).
