La atención al cliente fue prácticamente inexistente. Han pasado completamente.
Lamentable que no puedan generar facturadas con los datos de facturación correctas ni luego modificarlas.

Aunque tiene precios muy apetitosos, se pueden encontrar alternativas a la par y mucho más fiables.
Primeramente, es un caos conseguir que te manden la factura por los servicios, sin IVA (lo contrario sería fraude) y con la fecha que toca. Tuve que escribir aquí enfadado para que me hiciesen caso.
Y en segundo lugar, la página web es un caos de idiomas y es dificilísimo encontrar las cosas. Es un tú te lo guisas tú te lo comes. Todo por ahorrarte dos duros; no cunde.
Esto solo para empezar.
Así que buscad una alternativa, como he hecho yo.

I bought a Xiaomi TV Box, which stopped working properly after barely 4 months. I opened a dispute but, since I have bought the item from a third seller (Xiaomi), they told me to contact them.
They refused to give any kind of solution, Joybuy closed the dispute and I am left with nothing.
No guarantee, no customer protection and a TV box that doesn't work.
Advice: spend a bit more and buy it from a non-Chinese shop. It will be worth your money.

In the beginning, it all seems free. You can see free all over their website. Then you create an account and a QR code and you print it let's say on your business cards or advertising campaign and after a couple of weeks BAM. They block your QR code (they can because they use their own domains) and all the codes that you have sent or given out become completely useless... unless you pay 60 € per year (minimum amount instalment).
Therefore, the whole website is a not to be trusted and it lures you into creating and printing supossedly free QR codes for then leaving you no choice rather than paying recurrently.

I do not know how to describe my joy of having discovered TransferWise through a friend.
I just regret not founding out about it before and saving lots of pounds through banks in exchange for absolutely nothing.
It is not just the very low fees but the outstanding exchange rate that makes TransferWise stand in the crowd.
