Our association with Karma is about 15 years and our relationship is growing stronger and stronger. We ensure to visit Goa at least once a year and we prefer to stay at the most peaceful place - Karma Royal Palms. We have always received excellent hospitality and the staff ensure to walk an extra mile to give you a memorable holiday experience. Our international preferred destination is Karma Baveria a place just out of the world from where you wont feel like returning..

An agency is a mediator between a customer and a service provider who earns commission / collect fee for his services. Having collected a reward for his service he is also liable to provide after sales service to the customer .This would mean to assist a customer in dire need for cancelling a reservation / postponing etc. I have used their services for booking of flights and the outcome of my request for help in cancelling the booking due to unforeseen circumstances was pathetic. They simply washes their hands after the booking process is completed and point fingers at the end service provider who in turn ask you to come through the agency. So beware when you log into their site and think about a rare possibility of a help after the booking. "

I have booked tickets through Opodo on Ryanair. I am unable to cancel the booking either with the booking agency( Opodo) or the airline directly.
For all queries and customer assistance one has to call UK chargeable telephone number. This agency has no e mail contact and dont want to be in the picture once the transactions are completed. Never ever book with such companies where there is no after sales service.

Me and my wife stayed from 2nd to the 7 th of June 2014. The apartment was conveniently located and close to the tram station, restaurants and shopping malls. the apartment had all the amenities and equipments. The only thing we felt was that the apartment we stayed need a little refurbishment. Speaking amount the host/ owner, Mr Nagetal , he is a wonderful person. He very trustworthy, friendly, helpful, caring and accommodative.
