I went to the EU store hoping to buy their litter robot. For whatever reason, the official EU store doesn't actually cover the EU, only a few select countries, such as Germany. I tried to make the order by entering a German address from a parcel forwarding service from the actual German Post, however that did not work, as you also need to have a billing address from the same country, and I happen to be in Austria. I tried to contact customer support, but they were unable to provide any solutions, just pointed me to Austrian resellers of the products, which did not even offer everything I needed, and the things that they did offer were significantly more expensive than in the official store. Absolutely terrible experience and completely absurd that they have not managed to figure out such a basic thing as EU-wide shipping.

7. September update
So I tried ordering through the German website with a German address and payment method. However, this was not as simple as you'd think! PayPal is absolutely worthless, going into a loop of signing you in, confirming your order, thinking someone is scamming you, cancelling the order, and then trying again. Payment with a debit card does not work for some reason in the year of 2026, only credit cards are allowed. And even when you finally manage to make the purchase, the order gets cancelled immediately because their purchase protection partner wasn't able to verify the transaction due to the delivery and billing addresses not matching. They're not necessarily supposed to match though?? That's the whole reason there is such a thing as a billing address, so that it could be different from your shipping address.
In the end, I will not be purchasing from their website again, as this has been the single most frustrating online shopping experience of my life. If you're able to get their products from a reseller for a reasonable price, I'd suggest avoiding the official website, at least until they fix their payment verification process. Yankee c****.

Since 2021 owner of the Litter Robot and ever since nothing but trouble. With warranty I sent the base back for technical issues. I think they replaced it with a refurbished one. Daily/weekly malfunctions of the buttons. Customer service is hard to get help from. They keep asking for videos. I didnt use mine for 2 years now started using again. Nothing but trouble!!! Its better to scoop yourself than this awful terrible thing!!! Paid more than 500 euro’s in 2021. Big thieves!!

Having two large Maine Coon cats, we have bought several cat litter robots over the years. I can say with complete confidence that the Litter-Robot 4 is by far the best litter robot I have ever seen. It is large enough for an enormous cat, uses far less litter than other makes, and is so easy to maintain, with such easy cleaning. I wish that we had picked it up years ago.

Cannot find my information, just another excuse. I received a notice dated 9/12/2025 from Carrie P. Customer experience "excessive off line issues." I followed the instructions several times, the issue gotten worse. I have had enough of Whisker.com mealy mouth, pious verbal "we have no intention of addressing or correcting this problem!" It is the same verbal/lying crap every single time I contact whisker support. Whiskas really needs to look up the definition of "support" it is not this pious bull crap "we cannot find your information, try this that or the other." Future customers be very careful before you purchase from this company. Once it is paid for, you are on your own. Customer support is euphemism it is really "we have your money our product is crap and you are out of luck." Their AI sends you a notice that is a waste of paper and ink. I have contacted Whisker so many times your phone smokes due to my anger when I call. The only thing that is acceptable to me is FIX IT. Take all your excuses, phony verbal I call, get feed back implying the issue will be addressed. Lies, lies, lies and more lies. I have had my internet checked sent yall everything you asked. Still nothing.

Just visited their website because PayPal is offering %3 cash back if you buy it through the PayPal application, then I saw that they're selling the litter robot 4th edition for six hundred and ninety nine dollars, that took my breath away, in a bad way, then I see there are reconditioned units being offered, so I checked that out and when I saw those were going for a meager discount of only $68.00 I knew then that I would never purchase anything from them. I am aware the "generic" litter robots have proven deadly, that's not an option for me, and for the price and the fact that the product will be obsolete in no time I refuse to pay for, it's not a cellular phone but they sure are behaving as if they have the latest and greatest every year, that's over consumption and potentially just a company milking consumers for a product that they are purchasing for their beloved pet. The entire experience has left me with bad feelings about the people who imare in charge, there should not be a new litter box each season, it's just ridiculous like does JT own stock in this company?

Vor über einer Woche bestellt und laut Portal wurde das Gerät noch nicht versendet. Kontakt auf der Seite nicht möglich. Auch Bewertung auf der offiziellen Homepage nicht möglich. Ich verstehe nicht wo die guten Bewertungen herkommen.

The litter robot wouldn't connect to my android and it just broke within a month. The company refused to give me a refund. $800 down the drain.

Way over priced for what it is. The profit has to be 90 percent. What a joke. Guys a thief.

The robot worked ok for 10 months and then started to refuse to finish a cycle. The customer service team is only knowledgeable enough to try and locate the order you have placed with them (they will fail on the first attempts, ask you multiple times for the same information provided during your online enquiry, provide you with manuals and troubleshooting pdf which you have already tried to use multiple times. On the request to use your warranty and receive the spare parts for the obviously busted software or motor, they would suggest that you send them yet another video of the robot (LR3) rotating without the Bonnet - the robot is programmed to pause as soon as the bonnet is removed and no amount times pressing the reset button or any of them would change that fact.

Since they have refused to follow their own promises and provide parts as part of the warranty, they will have to deal with the Ombudsman.

Do NOT purchase any products from them unless you feel like throwing to the wind £600 for a big plastic box that would do worse than a £5 litter tray and a scoop.

The replacement they sent us didn’t even last six months. An absolute waste of money. The worst product money can buy.

Absolute Legende. Dieses Gerät ist seit fast 20 Jahren am Laufen und macht keine Probleme. Jedes Teil wir ohne Kosten auf Anfrage geliefert, sollte mal etwas abgenutzt sein etc. Bekommt man sofort Ersatz. Kein billiger China Schrott wie die anderen Produkte von anderen Unternehmen. Zudem ist litter Robot der Erfinder der automatischen Katzetoiletten und hat die Welt mit seiner Erfindung für Katzen Eltern wahrlich bereichert!

we are on our third base unit in two months. absolute rubbish, constantly breaks, always a different fault. if you don't mind spending half your life on chat support go for it.

I’m rating my recent experience as per Trustpilot instructions but would say that the Litter Robot 4 that we purchased last year is utterly brilliant / life changing .
We needed a carpet mat as we’ve rescued a very poorly kitten so I needed an accurate weight for him and to know when he’d used the LR . Charged £25 shipping and assumed it was coming from the USA so fair enough . It arrived within 48 hours and had been shipped from 36 miles away . The only answer I can get from Whiskers is that it’s a flat shipping rate . I’ll never order any accessories again from them . Appalling !

Premesso che la litter robot è una bomba: eccezionale. Peccato solo per il prezzo altissimo.
Ma quello che fa purtroppo dare una stella è che si ordina, si paga e… non si riceve nulla!
Ho ordinato dei ricambi due mesi fa. Nulla, e non rimborsano perché ‘noi abbiamo spedito’.
Ma scherziamo?
Dopo aver fatto non si nemmeno più quanti solleciti, se non mi fanno consegnare la merce pagata carissima già due mesi fa, dovró rassegnarmi a denunciarli per truffa.
Peccato, perché il prodotto è super valido

Finally sent a new bottom after receiving two that didn't work and now it works perfectly.

I think these guys are either a scam in the UK or the worst service ever. Approaching 3 weeks wait and still no news of my order. Reply emails are utter useless since the alleged delivery company cannot be properly contacted nor my item can be located.
If this is not resolved in 48 hours I'll just report them to my credit card company as fraudsters.

Habe Litter Robot 4 und meine Katzen sind begeistert, habe zwei British Kurzhaar und bisher katastrophales KATZENROBO (Jeden Tag Beutel wechseln und nur Spezialbeutel.).
Bei Litter Robot 4 kann man ganz normale Müllbeutel nehmen und jede Art von Katzenstreu, der nimmt alles.
Die APP ist Weltklasse kann das Teil nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I bought a Litter-Robot, it's buttons malfunctioned within 7 months.
They sent a new Litter-Robot, it's buttons malfunctioned withing 8 months and they refused to honor warranty.

Anbei meine Bewertung zu dem Litter Robot 3.

Das Gerät an sich ist qualitativ hochwertig und macht einen guten Eindruck auf meinem Scheißhaus.

Meine Katze hatte leider nicht immer Lust und war von der Größe des Klos eingeschüchtert.

Da ich ein langjähriger Katzenbesitzer bin, und meine Pussies erziehe, als wären sie Hunde, habe ich ihnen gezeigt, was auf dem Höllengerät zu tun ist.

Nach einem All You Can Eat Buffet bei Asia Ming und einem sich anbahnenden Analregen wurde es Zeit für die Belehrung meiner Katze.

Ich schob mein Gesäß durch die Luke und fing an kräftig zu pressen.

Mein Kater war sichtlich verstört und lief davon. Nachdem ich meinen Darm entleert hatte und nichts ahnend zu Bett ging, kroch mir ein furchtbarer Geruch in die Nase. Anfangs dachte ich, dass meine Oma erneut die Windeln voll hatte, doch dann sah ich das Dilemma:

Ich ging zum Klo und sah, dass die gesamten Fäkalien an meiner Fensterscheibe klebten.

Ein Teil des sich rotierenden Motors des Appartes muss sich wohl gelöst haben, wodurch der gesamte Kloinhalt nach hinten an mein Fenster katapultiert wurde.

Ich bitte Sie ausdrücklich darum, sich NICHT in diesem Klo zu entleeren, und das den Katzen zu überlassen.

Ansonsten habe ich an diesem Produkt nichts auszusetzen.
