i now understand by giving my reciepient ID information to you, U explained that giving my reciepient ID information to is of my own good to ensure i dont send the money to the wrong person.

second now u re requesting for reciepient id information which shouldn't be so. for instance if i buy something on-line and request id card from the person do u think he/ she ll give it to me? Because of scammers no body will take that risk

Delays, Deceptive Practices and Terrible Service
Remit Home is poorly managed by arrogant owners who seem to disregard the principle that the customer is always right. While they do offer competitive exchange rates for international transfers, their processing times are excessively long, and customer support is frustratingly inadequate. Transactions often appear as delivered when the funds have not actually reached the beneficiaries, highlighting their dishonesty. Additionally, they have been known to delete chat transcripts that could serve as evidence of their unreliable practices.
I once made some transactions and had serious concerns regarding the handling of it. I sent the money from the UK but instead of releasing the funds to the beneficiary got back to me in an unacceptable way suggesting they were monitoring my activities because they had detected I had a VPN on and should prove I was in the UK before they would release the funds.
I found that very alarming that a company could falsely assert I was not in the UK. Such claims, without a valid warrant, could be construed as illegal surveillance.Their actions indicated to me that possibly my money had been misappropriated for other purposes or they faced liquidity issue because after confirming I was in the UK it took them a considerable time to pay the beneficiary by blaming a third party.
After roughly a year of using Remit Home due to their competitive rates, I encountered significant issues with the latest transaction that was placed on compliance hold and that prompted me to write this review to warn other possible clients
. The beneficiary informed me that the funds had not been released, prompting me to investigate the status. I discovered that Remit Home was requesting additional documentation, including proof of my occupation, monthly income, and recent bank statements, despite having previously verified my residency and profession before approving my profile. Upon reviewing my profile, I found that it had been altered, with some messages deleted after I had expressed my intention to contact the Financial Conduct Authority regarding prior concerns. This experience has further solidified my mistrust in their services.
