Poor Services by Remit Home
Hi everyone, Remit Home cannot be trusted anymore. They have poor service and delay issues that is greatly affecting many clients. I was greatly using this app some months ago, and I stopped using it due to these kind of challenges. I once sent money and it it took more than months before it was delivered. Even that was upon several calls and messages. I had calls from them to find out why I’m not using it anymore I told them everything about this delay issues. They said everything has been resolved. So I decided to use it today to see it it has really been resolved, stating emphatically that this money is very urgent.
Up till now, the money has still not been delivered. How do you want people to trust this kind of service? Please kindly resolve your issues well before advertising your good but poor services.
