Sunny Bee were a delight to deal with after I initially had a problem with the size of tee-shirts that I ordered and were quick to respond. I was very pleased with what they offered and will certainly be ordering more from Sunny Bee. Customer service is excellent.
The product ordered was of good quality and very good value!

Shocking company..Do not buy from them!
Shocking company. Wrong item was sent...and also poor quality. When I asked for a refund they said it woukd cost me a lot to return the items...and would take months for a refund. They offered me a reduced rate refund and suggested I keep the clothes. This is obviously a scam they are using.
Do not buy from them!!!
Having posted this review they have now emailed me and promised to refund the whole ammount. Grateful for that...hope they will learn from this and do better for others.

Dont bother if you have an issue they fob you off
Sent an email trying to return goods. Explained the situation, due to good being wrong size and smelly pungent. Got a generic email back saying good are still in transit and they are sorry for the delay. Please wait a further 7 days. They are not still in transit and thr link they sent supports this but now not replying. Will be contacting my bank to charge back. Do not use this company its not worth the hassle

Very positive shopping experience, I have ordered a couple of bras, one had a slight defect on arrival. I contacted them and they were very responsive and immediately sent a replacement item. I have subsequently bought two more.

Products were awful. Ordered two bras and tried on and then contacted customer service. One phone call and five emails and they just keep replying saying keep them and they will give me a £10 refund. I don’t want to keep them I want to return for a full refund. Diabolical way to run a business and against consumer law. Stay well clear

I ordered the ceiling fan that goes into your light fitting. It took weeks to arrive and when it did, the light cover didn't fit properly and 2 of the blades of the fan broke as I was fitting them. The item was poorly made and put together. I wish I'd done my research before purchasing.

It took 16 days for delivery! Better use temu or shein yourselves, if something goes wrong it is easier to get customer service, etc.

Ordered the mop where the cloth clips…
Ordered the mop where the cloth clips on...just don't buy it, its trash. Flimsy poles that don't stay fixed it, clip at the bottom for the cloth doesn't close. I emailed to tell them and to refund me, although that would never happen but they wanted a video, however sadly too late I just chucked it in the bin. Won't never buy from them again. Cheap rubbish.
Further to your reply below Sunny-Bee I emailed you when I received the item. Further down on these reviews you see by others the mop is not fit for purpose
