Subscriptions are hidden and added to orders without your consent. A normal order can suddenly include a subscription. You also don't receive an email confirmation that you've subscribed. It simply continues silently on your account via the website. To cancel a subscription, you have to dig deep into your account settings and are prompted at least three times to only pause the subscription. Furthermore: Be sure to research the dosages in the products. They are extremely low-dose, which is why many people don't notice any effect. It's not comparable to supplements from a pharmacy.

Great customer service and get patches. My patches were stolen and just the packaging was delivered to me. Raised a ticket last night and was sent out replacement patches today.

I got the new hyped up max patches which are more expensive but on a good deal but has to be through a subscription method after which is really expensive!

I accidentally ordered the wrong…
I accidentally ordered the wrong patches. It was completely my bad and I didn't know they didn't do returns. I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful and responded so quickly. They actually let me keep the ones I ordered and sent me a gift card so I could purchase the ones I wanted too!
