Did nothing. I tried 5 patches. All marketing hype with zero substance. They claim a 30-day back guarantee, but only on unopened packages. What good is the guarantee if you can’t even try it to determine its quality?

I am a chronic insomniac. I work 24 hour shifts constantly, this does not help my sleep patterns. I had been using sleeping tablets occasionally for over 20 years, but doctors have become very reluctant to prescribe them and anyway I was desperate to find an alternative.
I tried Restelle, I was very sceptical, but over the course of 3 months I am very happy with it. I’d say I have a 90% success rate with it. My only gripe with it is that it is not sticky enough and sometimes peels off at the edges. However I’m sleeping better than I did before, I am very happy to continue using it.

I have tried the sleeping patches and they worked wonders! After 50 I started having sleeping problems, waking many times during the night especially when I had a stressful day. These work! I bought these for my 20 year old son who has ADHD, is a lifelong poor sleeper who requires total silence and pitch black to be able to get off to sleep. He is also a restless sleeper and wakes up a lot during the night. He started working full time recently and the last few months have been difficult for him, as he is genuinely shattered after a long day of working on a building site but then not able to sleep at night. He tried melatonin tablets, magnesium, eating kiwis before bed and occasionally OTC sleeping aids which left him groggy and worried about developing dependence. I got these patches last wk and they worked immediately. He still has a few moments of waking during the night, but can get back off to sleep again. He puts a Bandaid over the patch as it’s not very sticky and wears it on his inner wrist. I have reordered and subscribed and will order the Focus patches also to see if they work. I am a 77 year old female with CKD3a.
I have trouble sleeping and wear a catheter.
Having tried various sleeping aids over the counter and absolutely refuse to entertain benzodiazapines, I responded to an adverd on Facebook for Restelle. Restelle Sleep Patches Really Do Work!

I can honestly say that the Restelle sleep patches have made a huge difference to my sleep!

When I first started using them, I was only getting around 4 hours of sleep. However, I realised I was applying them at the wrong time – usually when I woke up at 1:00 or 1:30 am. The sleep patches that I have started to use was introduced by my mum telling me they work and I must try them. So I’m now two months in and I can’t live without them. I use one religiously because most nights I was waking up at around 3ish and I started using them and sleeping through the night. I did forget to use a patch last night and I woke up at 3.30am and remembered I didn’t have my patch on so just goes to show it works.
I also use the focus patch during the day, it helps with my anxiety and keeps me calm. I can’t believe they but honestly they do.

These patches are amazing. I was doubtful a patch could help but was pleasantly surprised that after a few days I noticed within about half hour my brain felt sleepy and I actually got a dreamy sleep!
