Ordered a Laifen hairdryer for my husband whos a Barber and it came defective (back cap had no adheisive so would fall off constantly) Costco exchanged it for a new one in January and now were in Sept and it started shooting sparks while he was working on a client. Would give this a 0 if it was an option. Thank god it didnt happen when the shop was closed and started a fire (this is a 15+ storey condo building)

Misinformed by an employee about the hair dryer for salon use! Died after 8 months of use. Then they told me the dryer cannot be used in salon only personal use. What they did was ILLEGAL! Then after numerous emails they finally agreed to a full refund. Then they wanted me to open a pay pal account

Ich habe den Laifen P3 Pro Rasierer erworben und war anfangs von der Optik und Leistung durchaus angetan. Nach einem unglücklichen Sturz ist nun allerdings das Glas des Displays gesprungen. Da das Gehäuse komplett versiegelt ist, lässt sich der Schaden nicht eigenständig beheben.Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice folgte die große Enttäuschung: Laifen verweigert jegliche Reparatur des Geräts. Stattdessen wird einem lediglich ein extrem magerer Rabatt von 15 % auf den Neukauf eines Ersatzgerätes angeboten. Das bedeutet im Klartext: Ein ansonsten voll funktionsfähiges, teures Gerät wird wegen eines defekten Glases zum Elektronikschrott, da der Hersteller keinerlei Reparaturkonzept oder Ersatzteile für das Gehäuse anbietet.Für mich ist das weder zeitgemäß noch nachhaltig. Wer ein langlebiges Produkt sucht, bei dem im Schadensfall auch Reparaturen möglich sind (wie es bei etablierten Herstellern oft der Fall ist), sollte hier lieber zweimal überlegen. Ich kann vom Kauf aufgrund dieses mangelhaften Servicekonzepts und der fehlenden Nachhaltigkeit nur abraten.

First hair dryer I got didn’t work, then second hair dryer I got was wrong order. Customer service is a joke when trying to contact them they email back saying I got my order, even sent photo as proof but didn’t realise that that was second dryer to be sent back cause of wrong order. Still waiting for hair dryer now 2 months.

Ordine LF10088 arrivato incompleto, dovevo avere 3 testine omaggio nell ordine invece non ci sono, non va bene così, vi ho contattato ma non ho ricevuto risposta, aggiornerò la recensione in caso mi arrivassero

Ich besitze sowohl die Wave Zahnbürste als auch den Swift Special Föhn und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Die Zahnbürste ist sehr robust und mach bei mir inzwischen seit fast 2 Jahren einen sehr guten Job ohne Probleme. Die App zu der Zahnbürste hat jedoch seit den letzten Updates häufiger Verbindungsprobleme. Mit dem Föhn bin ich insgesamt auch zufrieden. Die Gebläsestärke ist wie angegeben sehr hoch und die Temperaturstufen und Aufsätze funktionieren wie erwartet. Die magnetischen Aufsätze halten meistens sehr gut, können sich jedoch selten in den Haaren verfangen und sich vom Föhn lösen. Außerdem erzeugt der Föhn vereinzelt und selten unangenehme Gerüche, die nach kurzer Zeit auch wieder verschwinden. Insgesamt sind die Produkte ihr Geld wert, aber auch nicht weiter herausragend.

Ho acquistato un mese fa il Laifen Neo con 3 ugelli attratta dalla tanta pubblicità e dalla promessa di un asciugatura veloce e salute del capello purtroppo ad oggi,dopo diversi tentativi,non lo uso più poiché sul mio tipo di capello(capelli fini che ovviamente faticano a mantenere l'idratazione)non va bene poiché il flusso d'aria è troppo potente, anche usando la velocità minima,e mi ha reso i capelli più secchi oltretutto un flusso d'aria così potente aggroviglia un capello delicato come quello sottile.
Anche fare la piega con la spazzola è difficile per lo stesso motivo,flusso d'aria davvero troppo forte e il capello non si tiene sulla spazzola.
Il prodotto di per sé è molto bello e anche leggero e molto maneggevole ,l'attacco magnetico funziona e si regge molto bene però non trovo che sia ,come promette,un asciugacapelli adatto a tutte le chiome ed è per questo che do tre stelle.Spero che la mia recensione possa aiutare qualcuno a non fare il mio stesso errore.
Non mi sento di dire che non sia un buon prodotto ma solo che non va bene per chiunque!

Je suis particulièrement déçue. J'ai effectué un achat de sèche cheveux il y a un an et demi. Je m'en sers relativement rarement et après une dizaine d'utilisations il est déjà en panne. Toujours sous garantie, j'ai contacté plusieurs fois le service client qui ne me répond pas. Je suis furieuse.

Hola, soy de argentina, compre un cepillo de dientes Laifen, me duro exactamente 1 año y unos meses. Parece programado para fallar fuera de garantía, el cepillo estaba cargado al 100% de batería pero simplemente dejo de funcionar, los productos Laifen se ven muy bien muy estéticos pero es una lastima que no sean confiables. Ahora me encuentro en argentina y no me dan una solución.

More troubles than a slothful student dragging themselves through a Monday morning. It tempts you with that feathery lightness, that gentle engine drone, all while Laifen stands there, heavy, burdensome in every sense—base and brush alike. Yet here's the irony: that heaviness becomes its salvation. I've found many blessings in Laifen, though I do wish they'd craft a version for those with disabilities.

The heavy base prevails. My Oclean Air brush and charger collide with such force it screams bad design. Laifen's heaviness? A gentle pull, a quiet embrace. Oclean will tip over without mercy.

Oclean wins the noise battle. Laifen has 2 noises!

Laifen's all plastic, dignified in that way, while Oclean flaunts metal on its base—until it turns green!

Neither possesses a charging hole, so they're both victors.

And here lies another vexation I must bestow: both feature the same button for power and mode switching. Why must I demand two buttons? One for mode, one for power—is that truly too much to ask?

Both stand equal in charging longevity; they persist for hours on a single charge. Yet the world obsesses over apps, and I find myself frustrated by this. Why not display the energy level on the base or brush itself? I assume the app overflows with information, perhaps explaining why an electric device sizzles, maybe offering atmospheric modes!

Laifen oscillates with superior cleaning power, but you certainly surrender more than double your coin for that victory.

IPX8 shields Laifen, while IPX7 guards Oclean—waterproof qualities matter greatly for my germ-fearing autistic son. Yet Oclean claims waterproofing and turns green nonetheless. The entire plastic coating on my new brush brings another blessing, though that 'ringing bell' sound haunts me, of waterproof trouble? Electrical items should never sizzle. At eighty-four years old with terminal cancer, one might ask which of us shall endure the longest.

The on/off and mode switch frustrates, sharing one button. What madness! Two buttons are required—one for mode, one for power. I plead with both companies: make life simpler for those who suffer.

Yet one crucial issue grants Oclean the highest rating, despite its inferiority! Laifen's brush head sits shallow on the brush head connector. Is the brush head faulty? Does this sizzling noise emerge from this shallow seating? That sound is not merely my vexation, not merely the thorn in my side, not merely my rage, not tinnitus—it is something far more troubling! Should those of us with disabilities turn elsewhere? This toothbrush proves unsuitable—great force is required to apply the brush properly. I carry deep concern about using Laifen, troubled the brush head might dislodge in my mouth. Can you fathom the consequences? If Laifen corrected this enormous fault, or faults, I would embrace their toothbrush with warmth. At present? Only one star.

My Laifen hair dryer unfortunately stopped working after about 1.5 years. Luckily, the device comes with a 2-year warranty. I contacted customer service by email and was helped really well.
Within a week, I received a brand-new hair dryer. No hassle, no long waiting times, just a quick and proper solution. This is exactly how customer service should be! Very satisfied with Laifen’s service.

My hairdryer broke just before the two year warranty was up, I was nervous that they wouldn’t accept it for some reason but I told them what happened, they asked for a video of the problem, and then they shipped the replacement right away! I didn’t need to send the old one back either! The new hairdryer came within 2 days which was amazing! I was so happy with their super quick replies and customer service!

My first swift hairdryer the plug started making noises and stopped working. I got another one. That one stopped blowing hot air, so they replaced that one, the coils inside started glowing like they were on fire. I do have to admit, even though my warranty was up, they offered 30% off for another replacement. At first I was going to take them up on their offer, but then I thought do I want to spend the money on another one jyst to have it die on me so soon? I feel 30% wasnt enough to rectify the problem. Im a hairdresser and rely on my dryer. I feel bad because I recommend this dryer to many if my clients which resulted in 3 sales for the company. Now Im worried their dryers are going to break on them too. So buyer beware. It works fantastic when it works but they dont last.

The toothbrush itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the supply of replacement brush heads is abysmal. They are constantly out of stock, forcing you to buy a generic product—which defeats the whole purpose. I also bought an external stand/holder for the brush (since one isn't offered here), but the whole unit wobbles around. It’s a shame and definitely leaves room for improvement.

The hair dryer is excellent — powerful yet surprisingly quiet. Customer service was also exceptional. A few days after my purchase, the price dropped, so I contacted them, and they honored a price match with no hassle. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service.**

The customer service department is almost non-existent. I placed an order for a shaver on 29 May. The supposed 2–4 day shipping window has stretched into weeks, and the order is still pending shipment. I chatted with their customer service and got no reply, except for 'we will check and get back to you'. Disappointed!

So two reviews: My Laifen toothbrush! I absolutely love it!

Second, Ive owned my Laifen blowdryer for 21 months. It decided a couple days ago to stop working. I found the reciept through Shop(ify) app, took a screen shot and emailed them. After all, the manufacturers warrenty was for 24 months and I wasnt past that yet. I got a reply the same day. They asked for a short video deminstrating the problem (to see if it was fixable) and they wanted the serial number. So I provided both, and again, same day, I got a reply that they would be sending me a new one! And the following day, they emailed me again to say it had been shipped and provided a tracking link. It should be here in 6 days.

I never received my travel pouch. I got my hairdryer and it never came with it. Just send it to me. Support made the process too difficult I never received it
