From finding boots to receiving them, the experience was smooth. Delivery was not delayed, so I was able to enjoy the boots in time for the event I wanted to wear them to.

We ordered boots for my DAUGHTERS wedding, they arrived after 2 weeks.
We had no idea store was out of China,
The boots were too big and need a smaller size, we have emailed so many times with promises of re shipping notice but nothing has happened.
They also take 2-3 days to respond if they do at all.

The boots are excellent. They are so beautiful in person. I ordered two pair size 9 for my mom and they came in a beautiful silver shoebox. They are top quality. She said they are so comfortable and she got so many compliments on them. We will be ordering from them again.

Great boots at a great price. A definitely great addition to my wife's collection.

Chinese company do not order not American coming over 20 days still have not received my refund or the products. I want money back

This is my first purchase from Wetkiss. The order arrived quickly. The boots had a strong chemical smell when they first arrived however with a little bit of airing out the problem was solved. The boots were as described and absolutely beautiful.

I wore them to a Summer Outdoor Concert in Las Vegas for their first time out and WOW! They were comfortable and needed no breaking in to my surprise. Oh and the compliments!! I had no less than six men and women of all ages stop me to either compliment them or ask me where they could get them.They truly are a show stopper.

I own numerous pairs of boots. Lots of boots in various Brands from very expensive to fashion style boots. I would say the quality of material/leather is clearly not the same quality as my very expensive pair of boots ($900 plus)but the price wasn't either. It's my opinion they are good quality for the price.

I already have two more pairs picked out. My friends have also added a pair to their cart. They are fun and certainly head turning boots!!

I can’t speak for the quality of their boots as I haven’t received them yet, but I can speak for their customer service - it sucks. Despite stating they have “live chat every day of the week 9am-5pm PST” it took 1-2 days for them to even respond to my first message and I’m still waiting on a response to my second & third messages. And emails are responded to with generic responses that have absolutely nothing to do with the question asked. I accidentally placed order #17307 as I was unaware it was a pre-order and the boots were in a size too big. Still waiting to see if it can be cancelled since the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. I then placed order #17487 with boots in the correct size that were in stock, but wanted to see if I could upgrade to priority shipping since it also had not been fulfilled despite the site stating that it should ship within 24 hours. All I honestly want is an update given I was planning on wearing the boots for an event on July 2nd. Not impressed so far and likely won’t give them my business again.

Ordering is simple. No jumping through 2 or 3 pages just to get a single order. Site is user friendly. The service? Fast and phenomenal! The boots arrived when they told you they would arrive. Best part? The quality of the product. I have bought my wife several pair and she loves them.

the products they sell are so well made and priced amazing, especially in this economy. They’ve never raised their prices and always free shipping on boots in my circumstance. I will continue buying from them. The styles and bling scream luxury.

I received my order on 1 Dec 2025. They were too small so requested to return them for a refund as I didn’t want to risk another size not fitting. Tracking confirmed the boots were received on 5 Jan 2026. They are denying they received them. I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them numerous times. After threatening to report them to the FBI for cyber scam they have offered to send me a replacement pair. I don’t want another pair. I want my refund. Yvaine is the one replying to my emails. All I want is my refund, so simple. I’ve done the right thing but they are really testing my patience. It is now over 4 months since they received my boots back.

I will never ever ever buy from this company again!!!!!

Absolutely obsessed with these boots 😍 Ever since I started wearing them I’ve had so many people asking where I got them and giving me compliments. People stop me all the time to say they love them. Honestly they fit my style and personality so well I feel like they were made for me. They’re fun, unique, and definitely make a statement. Perfect for concerts, rodeos, or even just dressing up a casual outfit. One of my favorite purchases for sure 🤍✨

I ordered my boots on February 2nd and just received them on April 21st. They are absolutely stunning!!! I contacted customer service after having not received my boots after 6 weeks and I always received a response in under 24 hours. I have 2 pairs of Wet Kiss boots and I am surely going to order more! The price and quality of their boots are Excellent! 🤩

The wait for the boots was long but well worth the wait. The boots are stunning and came securely and nicely wrapped.

I initially requested a refund because my boots still hadn’t shipped after three weeks. Eventually, someone responded and told me they had asked the warehouse to put my order on hold.

I replied explaining that if my order could be shipped out this week, I would prefer to still receive the boots instead of canceling.

Since then, I’ve only received automated emails with no personalization......no name, no representative signature—just “Dear,” and “Sincerely” with nothing filled in. This has now happened three times.

I even sent another message to clarify that I do want the order shipped, but instead of addressing my concern, I received yet another generic automated response about express shipping times. It didn’t answer my question at all, and the stated 8 to 10 business days is clearly inaccurate given my experience.

Overall this feels very unprofessional and careless. I still have no clear update on whether my order will be shipped or canceled???

I placed an order six weeks ago. I checked the shipping timelines because I needed the boots for an event at the end of April which allowed for eight weeks of time to get to me in the US. I followed up twice to find out where my order was. The first time I asked when it would be shipping and was told will let you know when it ships. The second time I followed up because it had not arrived after six weeks and in that email I told them I needed it in 10 days for an event. The very next day I got an email that said it’s shipping today. I could not get anyone to respond to my next email asking how long to arrive until after it shipped and I keep getting a standard response it says here’s your tracking info it shipped. It will now take eight business days to arrive based on my original shipping method, which should have been upgraded because I believe my order was lost given it ironically shipped the day. I reached out. Your website never indicated it would take six plus weeks to ship then another eight business days to arrive. I will not have my order for the event and you had an opportunity to upgrade my shipping so that it would arrive on time. I will never shop with you again, terrible order communication, site messaging and customer service.

Update, received my boots and they are very nice!

These boots are so comfortable and did not even have to "break" them in!! They are so beautiful and got many compliments on them. Thank you for the awesome boots!!!

I placed order #14581 on February 10, 2026. They have not shipped and I have not gotten a return email from either the sarah@wetkiss listed on the PayPal transaction or the Wetkiss customer service email listed on the site. I own a pair of their boots so I know they’re legit, but it seems like they’re lacking on the customer service front. I’ll dispute the charge with PayPal if I don’t get a response soon and if I have to go that route I will not buy from the company moving forward even though the boots I did receive are gorgeous.

I did eventually receive the boots and they are beautiful. It seems customer service does not respond until you leave a negative review, because shortly after I submitted this, they finally reached out to let me know the boots were sold out and their warehouse had moved or something, so it would be awhile before they shipped. I didn’t receive them in time for the event or by the date they said I should, but at least they showed up and met expectations once after months of waiting for them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their return policy clearly states that if you reach out to customer service by email, they will provide you with return instructions, including a return address. When I reached out to customer service, they asked me if I wanted to exchange the product that I had purchased I stated that know these boots were for a very special occasion, and a new pair of boots would not arrive in time. I simply just wanted to return the pair of boots and receive my money back. I understood that shipping and handling for the return would be my cost that was not a problem. The response from customer service was non-satisfactory. They stated that they could then only give me a 30% discount on my next order which was worse than the first offer to begin with. I said again no I simply just wanted my money back. I also reminded them of their own policy, the communication ended there now I have to find a way to sell these boots privately. I should never have had to deal with this. This company lies!
