Just a scam overall. They reminded me day of that they were gonna ship my next order. I had taken the pill every day for 6 months with nothing to show for it. Went to cancel the next day and they had already billed my card and said tough luck.

Kai saved the day! I made a mistake on my order so it was returned to them. By the time we realized I was almost out of my supply. I offered to pay expedited shipping to receive a replacement order in time, but Kai took care of that for me too! They arrived just in time! It was very stressful for me since I travel a lot and would’ve run out. I’m even accused them of making a mistake in shipping, only to realize that it was my fault - but they still resolved it fast! I was so impressed… especially in the world of terrible customer service we live in. Kai’s should be considered for promotion because he saved my account. Regardless of whose fault it was, I probably would’ve quit this service if it wasn’t resolved - so, Kai’s boss, please give him a bonus, raise, or promotion!

I purchased the product thinking it was legit. I wish I had read some of the reviews here first. I seriously doubt that the folks who are leaving 5 star reviews are real clients. I had an allergic reaction and was told to stop taking the medication. I thought that the company would put a pause/stop on my subscription while I tried to determine if the product was the reason for the hives I got. I determined after two weeks that the cause was another supplement. I started taking the locklab again but was sent a second batch of pills despite the fact that I still had 6 weeks fo pills left. I contacted customer support and asked for a refund and was told that since I hadn't cancelled my subscription, the medication was sent. Told that I would get $70 back if I sent the product back despite not even opening the package. Was given some dumb excuse that they can't take back medication even though I have done so with other companies. Anyway, the company cancelled my subscription. Hooray. Bottom line is that after 5 months of taking the medication I've seen no change whatever and wonder if the pills are nothing but placebo pills. The 5 star reviews must be fake.

the absolute best. I tried topicals and other competitors but never got as great results and customer service as with Locklab. You can actually speak to someone on the phone which is huge as well.

I am new to Locklab and when ordering for the first time, I mistakenly ordered twice. I did not catch this until 2 charges showed up on my AMEX statement. I called LockLab customer service and Kai helped me by cancelling the duplicate order and requesting a refund of 195.00. He wanted my 1st experience with LockLab to be pleasant and it was. Terrible experience front to back. Dont even try to cancel. They’ll hold you hostage for your first born. I told them that I’d dispute the charge when I tried to cancel and they told me they’d fight it. Be warned.

Tried to cancel and they refused. It’s like an everlasting gym membership where they make you jump through 100 hoops to cancel. Do not get stuck in the mousetrap!

Locklab really made a difference! I started thinning in my frontal area when I was around 28 yo. I used to just do topical minoxidil but that's always a hassle to continue consistently. I initially subscribed to Hims for about 3 months but jump shipped to Locklab when I saw that their pricing is better and also have superior ingredients and dosage. I really like that they have finasteride, biotin and minoxidil and I've really seen improvement on my hairline. I wish they existed when I first started noticing thinning but I am glad that they were able to preserve and even grow back what I thought I lost. It definitely helped me give back my confidence and can actually grow my hair out again. Everything was so simple, I get a bottle every couple of months and I take 1 pill daily. I saw the effect at around the 3 month mark then just continuous from there. I'm 33yo now and probably wouldn't have the hairline I have no if not for Locklab. Highly recommended!

Never considered myself to be someone super concerned about hair loss….I had (what I thought) was just a light receding of hair at the crown of my head.

Have been taking for 5 months now and am already noticing a fuller head of hair and no visible scalp in the bright fluorescent lighting which has been a big boost in morale and confidence. I've been using locklab since april 1st, 2026, and ive already seen a great amount of regrowth in the crown and my hairline. I can't wait to see how it looks by next year. I wish i started this sooner

Won't stop the subscription, ripping you off and continuing to sent product

Don’t take my word for it, just research the ingredients.. This is not a snake oil product, finasteride and minoxidil have been proven to work for decades. LockLab combines these ingredients in a high quality tablet and makes it absolutely simple to access.. I have been taking LockLab for about a year and my results have been life changing. At worst, this product will stop dht from furthering your hair loss and at best, you will grow much of your hair back like I did.. I have turned my brother and many of my friends on to LockLab and it’s been exceptional.. Don’t listen to reviews saying the product doesn’t work, just simply do your own research on the ingredients and know that LockLab puts them together at the optimal dose using high quality minoxidil and finasteride. Anyone who says it doesn’t work has likely been bald for 20 years and expect a miracle. Even a hair transplant won’t fix those people. If your hair is thinning, LockLab is literally your best chance at getting it back and preventing any further hair loss. I don’t typically write reviews for things but this stuff has truly changed my life and it’s the closest thing to a hair loss cure available on the market today. Awesome company genuine guys running it with a great effective product in an age of fake AI scammy slop everywhere else. Need more companies and people like this in the world.

Found them I forgot how like a year and a half ago while my hair was on its last leg and it’s the only reason my hair is still standing today

I started using topical minoxidil and it showed some promise during the first 4-5 months until it didn’t. I developed a dry, itchy scalp and even thought I had psoriasis that’s undiagnosed. With the itchiness came more shedding due to irritation. All that “growth” I had months before, gone.

That’s when I realized I needed to find something different - and Locklab came along and changed everything. I especially LOVE the “one and done” approach vs. having to rub chemicals all over my scalp twice a day. Ain’t nobody got time for that! One year later, new “baby hairs” continue to grow and covering previously thinned out areas. I’m a believer!

After multiple hair transplants I was still losing more of my native hair and my transplanted hair was starting to get thinner as well. Getting on Locklab saved my hair! My hair got way thicker and has stayed that way for the 7+ years I’ve been on it.

Stear clear of this company. I paid for a year in advance, cancelled in the first month and they did not want to refund my money. Even asked that I return the partially used bottle. Absolute scam.

The product was completely unopened, and I offered to return it immediately. Their solution? Send it back and they'll refund only $70 while keeping the rest.

Poor product, questionable subscription practices, and terrible customer service.
