I ordered 2 wheel rims that were due to be delivered on the 03/09/26 but haven't arrived. The tracking i received will not allow access and your live chat keeps reiterating the delivery date and nothing else. In an attempt to solve the issue i have emailed with this information and to start with i was happy to receive the tracking information, but since the the delivery date has passed im being ignored. HELP

Company very dishonest
Originally i was happy with the service of ordering and delivery but when part arrived the mechanic said it was the wrong voltage part so i asked for a return. I sent pictures as per their requirement and returned, then was told that the part had been fitted and there was marks showing this, which it had not been and i double checked this with mechanic. The company then refused the refund and told me i had to pay more to have part returned or they would be throwing it out (never heard such rubbish in my life) After reading more reviews i have found out that this company has a history of doing this which i think is totally disgraceful and dishonest this has put me off them completely. I now don’t have a single good word to say about them.

Auto doc have been in contact and i am pleased with the reponse. The parts were correct for my vehicle just slightly slow on this occassion would recommend them

I purchased ABS sensors their website…
I purchased ABS sensors their website clearly stated are suitable for my car.
The sensors did not communicate wth the onboard computer.
This company refused to accept a return because the parts have been "fitted", even though they fully understood that there is no way of testing the part in any other way and that the parts were not in any way used.
I am. Now left with no option but to apply to the Court for a refund.
Unless you want hassle, avoid this company.

Wouldn’t recommend
Using evri as a delivery partner. Ordered 3 weeks ago. No uodate from delivery for more than two weeks. Tried to get refund and they refusing saying that need to do two weeks investigation.

Absolute joke.
Poor communication from start to finish. When you place an order, it apparently isn’t confirmed until it’s shipped, so you have no idea how long you’ll actually be waiting for your order.
Trying to get through to customer service also takes ages, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
And something that isn’t made particularly clear upfront: it’s a German company, so if you need to return your items, you’ll have to pay the postage to send them back to Germany.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, slow customer service and expensive returns. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
