Read some of the one star. Mine was delivered quickly. I’ve been using it for three months now. No problems with quality and it keeps water at cold temperatures for around two weeks at a time. Love using it. Only thing is they never paid me for recommending two sales.

Product sent was poor quality and not safe to use. You can’t get resolution and the seller simply states just to return back to China whilst highlighting how expensive it will be and probably held in their customs. Basically they know you won’t send it back. I’d not recommend using the site.

Extremely slow delivery. Had to return goods and they charge double the original delivery charge. Also takes weeks for refund. I wouldn’t by from them again. Based in Europe and too much hassle to do business with them.
