This organization is a clown show. In 40yrs I have never had a worse experience. They are either using AI for "customer service" or the same clowns that poorly package their peptides.
Let me pause to say the shipping was fast. That's the only good thing.
The vial arrived hot wrapped in bubble wrap with absolutely nothing else. The website said the lot number would be on the bottle but there was nothing but a QR code.
Here's where it gets truly awful. The QR code led me to a COA that stated the vial was supposed to have 20mg in it but instead it had over 33mg. When I emailed to ask about the discrepancy they said don't worry about it, it's 20mg. I cannot conduct my research when I don't have a COA that matches my vial. How can I know this vial is safe, how can I know exactly how much and what is inside? I asked for the correct COA and they sent me one with 20mg on it but the picture and description of the vial did not match, wrong color. While this is going on I loaded up a syringe and found that there was no vacuum seal on the vial. When I reply and tell them the color doesn't match all of a sudden two other people start emailing me. One gives me a COA for 10mg, and the other tells me a bunch of nonsense about how it's perfectly fine to have 60% more and normal in fact. None of this adds up so I didn't inject, and I asked for a refund. They continued to play games in their senseless emails and I had to ask for a refund 6 times to get them to conceed. Then finally they told me they would send me a package to put the vial in to ship back adding yet another layer of difficulty to this nightmare.
I cannot say this loud enough. Do not waste your money at this circus. They have zero quality control and somehow even less customer service.

My product arrived exactly when stated (2nd day). Professionally packaged and labeled. I will order again.

Order was delivered quickly. I was expecting two 10mg viles instead of one 20mg vile. I will be unable to utilize the whole vile once reconstituted, since it has to be used within 35 days or so. My dosage is 2.5 mcg per week, so this vile would last eight weeks. I will order single 10mg in the future.

Don’t buy from them. They are a scam like the other reviewer mentioned. What is more scary is now customer service is saying that the QR code doesn’t confirm the batch / lot is, which is scary because there is no other info on the bottle and the website specifically says that you need to verify based on the bottle and one of their vials work that way. Their customer service is a sham. They know I sent them emails, but in their comments they made it seem like I didn’t when I’ve repeated the same thing over and over. Gave me 2 vials that didn’t pass QC and the other where the QR code doesn’t scan!!!!
Scary!!!
Going back and forth with me via email when the first order was not delivered and still waiting on refund, despite receiving the second order. They continue to send me the same emails over and over “let us know if you haven’t received it” over and over like a bot despite some saying over 5 emails and I still haven’t.
Their customer service is terrible.

Doesn’t feel sketchy, which I was expecting after reading several Reddit threads on how to buy peptides online.

So I want to be fair here because I really like this peptides company. Quality is excellent, no complaints on the products themselves, and the team has been responsive every time I've had a question. My only gripe and the reason I'm not giving five stars is that on my last order one of the vials came with a slightly bent cap. Still sealed and usable, the contents were fine, but it was a little annoying for the price point. I emailed them about it and they offered to send a replacement which I declined because it wasn't a big enough deal, just something to note. Solid company overall.

Been ordering research peptides in Canada for almost three years and customs has been a nightmare with US vendors. The team also actually replies when you reach them out, which sounds like a low bar but you'd be shocked.
