Don’t buy from them. They are a scam like the other reviewer mentioned. What is more scary is now customer service is saying that the QR code doesn’t confirm the batch / lot is, which is scary because there is no other info on the bottle and the website specifically says that you need to verify based on the bottle and one of their vials work that way. Their customer service is a sham. They know I sent them emails, but in their comments they made it seem like I didn’t when I’ve repeated the same thing over and over. Gave me 2 vials that didn’t pass QC and the other where the QR code doesn’t scan!!!!

Going back and forth with me via email when the first order was not delivered and still waiting on refund, despite receiving the second order. They continue to send me the same emails over and over “let us know if you haven’t received it” over and over like a bot despite some saying over 5 emails and I still haven’t.
Their customer service is terrible.

Buyers Beware. The hype is all fake. I should've known that seeing brands all over social media non stop is a red flag. Terrible customer service.
From a company that supposedly has millions of customers, you'd think they would be able to not use plastic for everything and actually refund you when your package is damaged/missing.

There are so many great beauty brands and this one is grimey AF.

They are super stingy, nitpicky and gross. I am appalled by their lack of understanding despite how much customers are spending.

They refuse to honor a refund even though I PURCHASED package protection for this very reason.

I should have read these negative reviews before purchasing. Their customer service really is terrible. The order took months to actually reach and we were out of town by the time it was finallly "marked as delivered". It was supposed to have been delivered a week prior, so that I would be able to receive it before I left, but they use a terrible delivery service (not your verified UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc) and the package was nowhere to be found when I was back.

They refuse to honor a refund even though I PURCHASED package protection for this very reason.

UPDATE2: This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs. 1) They claimed they were responsive when they were not. 2) They mentioned that I left 4 negative reviews and removed when they ONLY received negative reviews AND made the same comment towards all the negative comments. 3) They initially claimed that I didn’t make a purchase and only updated when I included the order # in reviews. 4) They mentioned my leaving negative reviews about missing packages after I specifically mentioned that as an influencer, I receive a high volume of packages and international packages that are lost in transit and sent them screenshots and they proceeded to use that against me.
Update: They are making a false claim about us not purchasing when our order is Order #5282. They refuse to respond to our 5+emails and we still haven't received our refund for the missing order - AVOID SCAM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
We did not receive our items nor have we heard any response from the customer service team, despite leaving 4+ emails, which is completely unacceptable!! We spent close to $200 and customer service is completely MIA
