OMMMG!!!!! Amino club is amazing, I had the wrong address for delivery. I emailed an amino club representative, they responded right away and sent out a new peptide. They were friendly and didn’t get frustrated with me. I’m sticking with amino club 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Oh my gosh I’ve researched company’s for over 5 months just trying to find the best pep suppliers but Aminoclub has been in my top 3 all five months always seemed to exceed the competition so I finally ordered but I’ve had a few packages come up missing lately and it’s been a hassle getting them replaced and no surprise my amino club order also came up missing so I enquired although the text said it was delivered I hadn’t received them I reached out and let them know and without going back and forth without sacrificing my 1st born and signing my soul over they had already sent out the replacement order. I won’t lie, I literally cried! Times are so hard and finally was able to make an order and I expected so much hassle and didn’t get any at all!! Life is kicking all of our asses right now so I really appreciate how unproblematic the process was. Seriously thank you so much I can’t stop crying . I can not take any more losses and bc of how amazing the support team is I don’t have to❤️

I found what I needed and the price was right.
The product was shipped quickly out... and arrived timely and in great condition.
However - there were 4 vials missing in the total count.
In less than a minute, I completed a ticket submission only to get a near instantaneous response minutes later that the replacement vials were now shipped and enroute.
I've got too many other things to do - and Amino Club made it easy peazie!

My original order of TB-500 (3x) never showed up — FedEx tracking said it was delivered, but my Ring camera showed no one ever came to my door, and it turned out to have been signed for by someone who doesn't live at my address. I reached out to Amino Club support expecting the usual back-and-forth, but they looked into it right away and had a replacement order shipped out with no hassle at all.
The replacement arrived quickly, and when the original package was eventually tracked down and delivered late, support told me to just keep it rather than deal with a return shipment — a nice, low-friction touch that saved me time.
Overall, really impressed with how responsive and easy the team was to work with. It's reassuring to know that if something goes wrong with shipping, Amino Club actually takes care of it. Will definitely keep ordering from them.
