⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our experience with Elavon has been extremely disappointing.

What should have been a straightforward business process has dragged on for weeks, despite us providing everything requested promptly. Communication has been slow, updates have been repetitive, and getting a clear timeframe or meaningful resolution has been incredibly difficult.

For a company providing such an important service to businesses, I expected a much higher level of efficiency, accountability and customer support.

The delays have caused unnecessary disruption and financial pressure on our business, yet there has been very little sense of urgency in resolving the matter.

After years as a customer, this experience has seriously damaged our confidence in Elavon.

Very disappointing service and unfortunately not a company I could currently recommend to other business owners.

I am a new user and I am utterly clueless, so much so I wasn't even really sure what my question was but somehow despite that Simon and Keith managed to sort me out . . . amazing . . . the hold music is terrible but I was not on hold for long so it was ok!!

Ich werde auch bald mit meinem Anwalt dagegen vorgehen und lasse es nicht einfach so auf mich sitzen! Geht lieber alle zur Flatpay die sind günstiger und haben echt sehr sehr guten Service!

Terrible customer service - would not recommend them at all to process your card payments - if you do please make sure you read all the small print - steer clear - there are plenty of merchant services out there!

Andem was fantastic and solved my problem efficiently. I would recommend Elavon to anyone.

Following a bereavement amongst our charity trustees we could not log into our opayo portal. We tried for several month, but were unable to get through security & the system wanted to contact our account administrator by email or phone which was not possible as he was dead & so were his email & phone accounts. It wasn't helped by my lack of understanding of the different roles of opayo & cardnet. They both need better systems for dealing with bereavement. When I finally got through to the call centre & spoke to the right person he was great. Evalon Opayo need to establish a better system for dealing with bereavement. We cannot be the first people this has happened to.

I don't write reviews unless I'm genuinely impressed. Debbie at Elavon in Newcastle was a superb agent dealing with my merchant account application with genuine care and enthusiasm. The whole process was handled really well and efficiently and we're up running in a few days. Great to have a person to talk to unlike Stripe's and Co....

Got everything i needed sorted on a call with Simon this morning, really nice to have it all sorted in one go!
