Bad customer service
There’s been a few transaction that have been made that I don’t recognise , and I have contacted them twice but they keep saying they will come back to me and they didn’t, I contacted them again. They send me a form that is nothing related to my transaction or fraud and very complicated, I didn’t even bother no more to deal with this as it’s a very bad customer service I’m just gonna look for another card machine company for my business.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I tried to make a payment for £1100 the transaction was declined yet Teya have kept my money up to now for 1 week with no explanation at all despite numerous calls, as mentioned terrible customer service as they can’t even phone you as they don’t have the facilities

Please do note that Teya does not block or withhold pending payment, a pending transaction can take up to 7 days to clear. While most payments often to clear instantly, some can take a little longer to clear with the beneficiary bank.

Funds held without explanation – unacceptable
My funds have now been held by Teya for more than 5 days without any clear reason, proper explanation, or confirmed release date.
I have contacted them repeatedly by email, AI chat, WhatsApp and online support, yet I have still not received a proper response from anyone who can actually resolve the issue.
Holding business funds without providing a clear explanation is completely unacceptable.
If this is not resolved within two weeks, I will submit a formal complaint and escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and, if necessary, take legal action through the courts.
Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend relying on Teya for business payments.

Not what I was promised
I specifically had certain "wants" for my new card reader.
I am overall happy with my current provider, apart from not fully integrating with my Epos system, that was my sole reason for looking elsewhere.
I asked a series of questions about rates, processing fees and general use prior to deciding and was assured everything I asked was available with this set up.
Well after the 1st day it was evident it wasn't. The Rep and Rep tech support are now ignoring my messages. Obviously they have their commission are are no longer interested.
The handset is currently boxed up awaiting returns authorisation, which could take 2-5 working days, conveniently then taking me over the 14day cooling off period!
