Very disappointing experience with Teya
We trusted Teya to handle our business payments, but our experience with their chargeback process has been extremely disappointing.
£320 was taken from our merchant account while we were actively disputing the chargeback. We asked clear questions about why the money could be taken, what rules applied and what rights we had as a merchant, but instead of answering those questions, the money was deducted.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and support when it is our business and our money at stake. Merchants deserve protection and fair consideration too.
We have formally escalated the matter and are now considering further legal and regulatory options, as well as whether we want to continue our commercial relationship with Teya.
I would advise anyone considering working with them to think very carefully.

A disappointing customer service…
A disappointing customer service experience
Unfortunately, my experience with Teya’s customer support was not positive. The communication was not at the level I would expect from a company providing services to business owners. I had to wait a very long time for a response or follow-up, and on several occasions I was left waiting without being contacted again in a timely manner.
I expected a more professional customer service, faster responses, and greater attention to the customer. Unfortunately, my experience made me feel that the customer’s time and needs were not treated as a priority.
I hope Teya will improve its customer service and response times, because the quality of customer support is just as important as the service itself.

Looking for a new buisness card terminal
Teya is a great choice for a card machine company .A friend named Spencer Winkworth told me to try them . I looked at many other companies . I did not trust any of them . I trust Teya and changing to them was very easy .
Why I like Teya the team are honest and clear .
Spencer gave me a great tip .The new card machine is very simple to set up and started to work fast and you can use from any where . The customer support team are always ready to assist you if needed . All payments are set up to go into your account the next day . And you also get a free buisness account .
