Overall, you were great. The thing that caused me to not give you 5 stars was not knowing until very late in the game that my vehicle co owner wife needed to establish her own BaT account in order to answer the necessary questions and verify her identity. Knowing that up front would have saved considerable frustration and uncertainty on our part. Thanks.

We had many hoops to jump through, but it was all to do with security, so it was fine. When you have a question, you can actually talk to a LIVE person. Every single time I talked to someone, they were helpful, polite, and answered every question I had. THEY WERE GREAT!

This is an excellent service for buying and selling a vehicle as a non-dealer. I felt safe sending the vehicle title once Caramel had the payment in hand; the buyer felt safe knowing his money was held until he confirmed receipt of the title. This was a good value and made the transaction very comfortable.

The entire experience from my end as a buyer was seamless! I was extremely impressed and would definitely use this service in the future.

The outstanding highlight, so far, has been an employee named Valerie in Louisiana! about 3 weeks ago I was successful in buying a '56 Thunderbird on e-Bay, after searching for more than a year!
Valerie was my first contact at Caramel, and I was so impressed, that I asked for her by name in the half dozen or so subsequent calls that I made to Caramel.
The seller had an issue with providing a clean title and Valerie called him herself, and since then the deal, and the clear title is progressing nicely! I truly believe that without her help the deal would not have happened! Valerie is a fantastic employee who goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized!
I believe that this was the sellers first car sale with e-Bay, and he was not familiar with the standard procedures that e-Bay required, but Valerie was able to 'save my dream car deal', .....and as a bonus, I believe he has additional cars to sell, and that he now has the confidence to perhaps utilize e-Bay......Win-Win

Andrea did an amazing job walking me through the entire checkout process. It was very smooth with her guidance and professionalism. I would use Secure Purchase again!

Although I was initially a bit confused about how the process worked, the excellent customer service I received from Nate helped ease my concerns and made me feel much more comfortable.
