CarBrain is an absolute joke. My wife and I wanted to sell our vehicle to CarBrain. We were told on the day of the sale that it would be sometime that day, (Friday) and was given no time bracket. So, we cancelled all plans and waited for this driver to come pick up our vehicle. 3pm comes, no driver. 6pm comes. No driver.
We tried calling and postponing, couldn’t reach anyone. We went to bed about 10:00pm Friday night. We wake up to a phone call from the driver at 10:40pm at night. NOTE: we were previously told that we would receive a phone call by the driver 1 hour prior to him arriving to make sure we were available. So, 10:40pm, would make 11:40pm the pick up time??? What kind of ridiculous business is this? Just mind boggling. Ya wanna sell your car, go elsewhere!

Once we got past the title issue it went smooth. Thanks again.

Working with Kevin at car brain was a great experience they gave me the best deal out of everybody I called we did have a hiccup but it was because of my mistake but Kevin helped us through it the tow truck driver came on the day he was supposed to and he was very polite he was helpful, I would recommend everybody to use carbrain.

What made the experience great was Olvin Mejia. When he called, he wasn't at all pushy. While he couldn't beat the hightest offer, he was able to match it in cash. Cash is king! Also, they were able to come and get the car that morning.

The whole process was easy and efficient. Elmer Guerra was helpful, responsive and communicated everything ahead of time. I contacted the company on Tuesday, and 2 days later they picked up the car and gave me a check. Highly recommend!!
