I change to 2 stars because although they are a great alternative. The whole incident and payment situation is a bit ridiculous. Paying for something I’m not even getting fixed yet should be considered a scam. But like I said previously they are a great alternative.

Great experience, no issues.

I've been a Flexcar customer since February 2025. I appreciate the convenience of having access to a vehicle without traditional financing and having maintenance included in my subscription. The concept offers genuine benefits.

Unfortunately, my experience with Flexcar's Safe Driving Programme has significantly affected my satisfaction.

Since 2025, I've repeatedly questioned the accuracy of recorded driving events and related charges. Despite numerous requests, Flexcar has provided incident dates and categories but not the exact times, locations, recorded speeds, speed limits used, or underlying measurements needed to independently verify these events.

I've documented discrepancies between speed limits displayed by my vehicle, navigation systems, and actual roadside signs. When I submitted photographic evidence, Flexcar responded with general driving advice rather than addressing my concern.

This raises two important questions: What source does Flexcar's monitoring system use to determine posted speed limits, and why hasn't the underlying incident data been provided despite my repeated requests?

I've also noticed score decreases around vehicle maintenance periods. While I cannot establish a connection, I believe this warrants examination.

Recently, my score dropped into the Risk Zone, with a $50 increase indicated for my next renewal. My requests for verifiable supporting data remain unresolved.

I support encouraging safe driving. However, when a scoring system directly affects customer charges, transparency and a meaningful dispute process are essential.

Flexcar offers a valuable service, but better communication, clearer scoring criteria, and access to supporting data would help rebuild customer confidence.

Three stars reflects my experience: genuine convenience, but unresolved concerns about transparency, billing, and customer support.

Vehicle choice and customer service are A+. Company has been very helpful.

They advertise that you can switch your car for any reason at any time, but they don't tell you it will cost additional $250 every time to switch. The first car I chose had just over 30,000 miles and looked great on pictures. When I came to pick it up, it had a stench and was dirty inside. Looked like someone tried to clean it fast, but just smeared dirt around. I asked if I can switch to another car, the answer was: yes, with $250. I end up taking the car, cleaning it, fighting with bad odor for weeks. Finally got a coupon at 6 weeks to exchange the car for $49 instead of $250. Now I selected car very carefully, this year manufacture, with only 8,000 miles on it. When I picked it up, turned out it's a base model, nothing is automated, breaks are so sensitive that everything flies. It's been a month and I still can't get used to these brakes. I just hate the whole experience. You cannot see the car before you choose it, you cannot exchange after you see it without paying outrageous fees. I will start to search for a car to buy. I'm done with this nonsense.

I love Flexcar. Very convenient and the quality of the vehicle and service is incredible. Looking forward to getting another in the beginning of 2027.

Easy to navigate!

Everything is doing great until now that i am unemployed. I have applied for a job that i got hired but i cant use this car for my job because of insurance and that result me not getting the job. That is my concern. I am renting or paying for a car that is limited to what i can use it for. Thank you.

Flexcar staff provide excellent service. You can lease a car on a monthly basis in a reasonable price. Highly recomended if your looking for a car with variety of selection.Location is accessible on the main road.

Very easy to get started, worry-free, hassle-free, great selection, and the costs of renting are comparable to purchasing. I haven't swapped yet, because I'm quite happy with the car I have.

I have had my car 10 Months now and I have no regrets. This was a great help to me. I changed tires once and it was hassle free. The people I’ve dealt with so far are very Courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Flexcar to anyone

I've been trying to get my property for flexcar since Monday. They don't know where the vehicle is being stored. Lie, can ping the vehicle at any time to find it. You have coast me 3 days work now because you have my company computer in the vehicle. I want my belongings out of the vehicle. My medicine is also in there it was in there not sure what is missing out of the vehicle at this point I'm sure Alot

1- Easy to find & select a car online.
2- Having everything in one place r/t billing:
Car payment, insurance, maintenance,
roadside assistance and by using the APP for approved gas stations, reducing our monthly payment.
3- Maintenance is easy, although we live in FL.

I cannot say more how crooked these people are.

I have now been chasing after a deductible refund for 7 months after an accident has occurred.

I have called over 100x to receive said refund.

Finally got word in the last few weeks that they have already been paid by the other party from the accident and according to Flexcars policy, they should be giving me a refund. YET whenever I call, they change the timeline of when the refund will occur. I have called 6x since I heard on october 13th that they had already been paid. Each time, I get a different answer. First customer rep told me it would be 3 weeks. Second customer rep said I would hear something within a few days. Third customer rep said 6 months then magically changed it to "you will hear soon via email or text message".

I have reached out over email over 20 times and have never received a response. I have email evidence of from their claims provider that they have already been paid.

I was JUST HUNG UP ON BY A REP WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT TIMELINE AND RESPONSE TIME.

Reasonable price with the insurance. Everything is running smoothly.

Overall this has been one of the best decisions i have made for leasing in this economy. Always with an option to upgrade or downtown depending on your budget
