I ordered with good faith and paid for them to be delivered to my granddaughter on the Wednesday.
I added the special message but the following happened :
1. Not delivered until the Thursday
2. Left outside behind a bin wedged down and they got wet and the box collapsed and damaged some of the contents.
3. Offered a 20% discount which has still not cleared my bank.
4. My message card was not inside the box she had no idea who they were from.
I was gutted. Sorry will not be reordering anything from you again, I asked for a full refund and you chose not to even answer that request.

Cookie pie slices tasted amazing. Big slices & rich so I have been cutting in half. Delivery arrived on date I requested. Great price. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying again. My favourite flavours were peanut butter & the hazelnut slice, delish

Cookie was ok overall, nothing standout. some cookies had more flavour than others. Well presented.

I was a little disappointed, although I think the product was good.
I ordered to a different part of the country to where I live as my order was made for my brothers birthday, which was 3rd July, but they werent dispatched until the 3rd, meaning he didnt get them until the 4th, other than that the product got his approval.

I ordered the cookies to be delivered on a certain date for a birthday gift and they were delivered several days late

Ordered on a Friday chose preferred delivery the following Wednesday, it states these are not guaranteed. There is no information on dispatch time even when emailed I wasn’t given a clear answer. I eventually received a reply on fb to say they were having delays nowhere on their website did it inform that.
It’s states everything is baked fresh, I have worked with cakes and these were not made in the last day or 2 before delivery, you could taste the cardboard from the packaging, they were also toppled over and stuck to the plastic wrapper when delivered.

I actually asked to cancel my order after receiving no actual information about it then an hour later it had been dispatched.
I had a 10% discount code, it took that off my order then I was charged for delivery so ended up paying more without realising until later.

Lots of improvements can be made to the website in regards to communication on orders, order tracking before dispatch is the No1 for me.

You can also leave a note, this is tiny minuet lettering under your delivery note. Unrecognisable & easily missed. I stupidly expected it to be on the inside of the box when opened.

Unfortunately not a good experience all round and wouldn’t order again.

Our brownies came undercooked and basically raw

Found Dough Girl whilst searching the web for an anniversary gift for my husband. The website was colourful and easy to use with lots of choice and a great gift. My husband loved what I chose (as did my kids).

Delicious cookie pies. Especially when they’re cold. You can even warm it up and have it with ice cream. Perfect for something sweet.

I'd say if ordering for an occasion best to book the date in at least 4 days before you need it. I've never got my order on the preferred date. Definitely worth the wait though!

I wanted to send a really special treat to the company that had hosted my son for his work experience, and these cookies and brownies were absolutely perfect!
And they were SO well received!

Absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my order was lost but the amazing lady I spoke to soon sorted it. Cakes came and I couldn’t eat them fast enough. 10/10 service. Well done 👏🏻
