the email notification confirmed a scheduled delivery of today 8.45-12-45 but the UPS site didn't confirm that the parcel was out for delivery just 'on its way.
I made contact via a chat and Mary Juliette was very helpful and researched where my package was. Just as I was about to sign off the package was delivered at 16.36. So she deserves a 5 but overall UPS gets a 3

From start to finish the whole installation went to plan. Very professional quotation over the web with confidence that BOXT were local and a MCS certified supplier of Solar equipment. Both the panel and electrical installation was first class and BOXT have been available for queries and support when needed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very pleased with the product - disappointed that it wasn't delivered on the said date but the sales team were very prompt at finding out and phoning me to give an update on the delivery -which happened the next day
