Amazing Service
I sent a few designs across to be printed and managed to get one in before the cut-off time, but the other was uploaded quite a bit later. As they were needed for a funeral, I reached out to customer service to see if anything could be done.
I got chatting with Darcy, who very kindly pushed the job forward so it would be delivered on time with my other order. I’ve used Solopress many times over the years and they’ve always been fantastic, but this gesture has taken their customer service to another level.
You simply don’t get this kind of service from a printing company of this size. Thank you again, Darcy. Absolutely amazing service.
