Complete lack of integrity. Contact them about a vacuum that broke within less than 12 months of buying it and get a response that if I leave a four or five star review, then they’ll send me the replacement part but not until I leave that review. what a complete lack of integrity I’d rather not be associated with anything like that and instead of standing behind their product they hold you hostage to give them a better review before you get the replacement part.
