Horrible experience
Really horror with UPS, the goods should arrive on Friday and then suddenly not.
On Monday it said it was being delivered but nothing happened. On Tuesday it said "on the way" again and then suddenly I got the information that the goods were being tried to be delivered. I can't submit a delivery request online.
I called and complained and wanted it to be delivered to an access point and the advisor did that but said that it would only be possible on Thursday.
Today it says return to sender requested although I never asked for it - I complained to UPS again and now it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow.
I never received this package - have fun with their customer support, definitely the worst one I have ever seen.
