This company has totally unresponsive to my calls and emails related to missing items from my move with them. About 10% of my items were missing, including an ebike and bike rack, 2 works of arts, 2 piece of furniture and several other items. I've emailed the "claims" department and called the number of the person I worked with -- no response from either. I would never recommend using this company and am in the process of contacting the Attorney General for the State of Illinois for assistance getting any kind of response to my claim.

So far, my experience has been disappointing. Since my furniture was picked up, communication has been extremely poor. I have called more than 15 times and sent multiple text messages, yet my calls go directly to voicemail and I have received little to no response.

At this point, the company has already received $6,900 of my money, and I expected a much higher level of customer service and communication. The lack of updates regarding the status of my shipment is very concerning and has left me questioning what is happening with my belongings.

I am hopeful that the situation improves, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve timely communication, transparency, and peace of mind when trusting a company with their possessions.

Update: After my initial review, I was finally able to reach a live representative at Uship Van Lines today. The company did provide me with a receipt for the payment I made at pickup, which I appreciate.

My primary concern has been the lack of communication throughout the process. However, now that I have established contact with an actual person and received the requested documentation, I want to be fair and acknowledge that this is a positive step.

At this point, I remain cautiously optimistic. The true test will be whether the lines of communication remain open and whether the remainder of the move proceeds as promised. If everything is delivered as agreed and communication continues to improve, I will gladly update my review accordingly.

Everything going great, customer service has kept me updated and I'm very hapoy the shuttle fee was offer with no cost to me.

Uship picked my stuff up on Dec 03 2025. I shipped from NC to Alaska. It took until February 26,2026 to get here. Have damage to riding lawnmower. And a few other boxes with china and and etc. I shipped with upack with three different containers and each of those were here within 15 days. The crew that dropped off everything did a great job unfortunately it took them almost 2 1/2 months to get my stuff to me.

Great experience! The movers were very professional and courteous. Thank you for your excellent service. We will definitely use your service again.
