Beware!!! This company is a scam. The driver was four days late and stopped communicating with us. We could see he read our messages but would not respond or answer our calls. When he finally arrived more than half of our furniture was damaged and and several items were missing. Large items that are hard to misplace like a king sized mattress. The Driver left all of our damaged items on our porch and drove off without saying anything. On his way off our property, he dumped a box of someone else’s personal belongings behind our dumpster. We went through the box and found sentimental items along with private information for one of the other customers and contacted him. We verified that this person had also used this company and had had a similar experience. When we tried to reach out to customer service to come up with a solution, they hung up on us. We don’t usually leave bad reviews, but we want to keep this from happening to someone else.

Used All Roads Express for my move from Austin to Denver last month. Overall, not bad. The guys showed up about 30 minutes late, but they called ahead so it was fine. They wrapped my furniture pretty carefully, only one little scratch on a table corner, which is kinda expected I guess. The quote they gave was close to what I ended up paying, just a small extra for packing materials. Communication was decent, though I wish they were a bit quicker with email replies. Would probably use them again if I move back, just maybe book a bit earlier next time.

I hired All Roads Express when I moved from a two-bedroom apartment in Tampa to a townhouse near Atlanta. The price wasn’t the cheapest, but the guy I spoke to on the phone explained everything clearly, and the estimate ended up being pretty close to the final bill.

The movers came in a big clean truck, had all the blankets and straps, and took apart my bed frame for me (which I totally forgot about). One box with kitchen stuff got slightly dented, but nothing inside broke. They packed the TV really well too.

Move to Phoenix, Arizona. The team was 45 MINUTES LATE, which was seriously frustrating cuz I took time off work. BUT, they worked like crazy to make up the time. They were so polite and apologized for the screw up. Everything got loaded and unloaded with care. Good job by the actual movers, but the logistics part needs a little help.

Moving out of Boston, I had a split load: some to storage, some to the new place. They organized it no problem. Super transparent pricing. All good.

They moved my grandmother's antique piano. I was TERRIBLY nervous, but the guys from All Roads Express totally calmed me down, they showed me exactly how they packed it in those special protective blankets. It arrived in Seattle perfectly fine, thank goodness! The only weird thing is one of the guys misspelled Allroads (no space) on the final inventory sheet for some reason. Minor detail tho. Piano is safe!!!

We moved our small office in Miami over the weekend. The crew was quick and pro, although one of the helpers looked visibly spent by 4pm. Needed them to handle our server rack super carefully. They definitely used the special crating method they talked about. Respectful handling of business property, overall a good job.
