Charging 4$ for filling out a W-8-form to use their service. I was forced by my music distributor to set up an account with this company in order to receive my payouts. Was never interested in using them and I use much better and cheaper servies anyway.

The product is bad, the training is a joke, nothning works, their support team are useless clowns. Congrats to their sales team who make you believe you are getting something fantastic when it is just an expensive scam and a waste of time.

My company made us move to TIPALTI and it has been the worst experience ever, they charge on you 25 USD if your payment is rejected , even IF NO ONE TOLD YOU HOW TO USE THAT, ITS NOT EVEN ON TIPALTI THE REMINDER STATING THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ON YOU THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY.
They just have wire transfer , local bank transfer and paypal, any of those will charge on you a big amount just because of transfering that money, no way that happens with deel that just charges you 5usd it doen't matter the amount of money you transfer.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TIPALTI, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS ONE IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

We are talking about a few business days for a money transfer via PayPal???what world are we living in,I used Toloka for freelancing and my withdrawal is entering its second day without being processed,I wonder how long bank transfer would take them,on the receivers end,we hate Tipalti because it's very slow compared to other competitors.

For two years, I haven't been able to get a clear answer from them, and my problem remains unresolved.
They handle Twitch payment processing and affiliate program approval.
I sent them a full set of documents: lease agreement, passport, bank statements.
Every time, they reply that I need to wait a bit longer, that they need time to verify the issue.
For two years (since May 2024), they haven't been able to verify this or provide a clear answer.
Terrible service, lazy support, I don't recommend anyone contact them.

Certains organismes proposent Tipalti comme moyen de paiement intermédiaire entre eux et votre banque. Vous configurez Tipalti directement sur le site de l'organisme, donc vous n'avez aucun compte Tipalti consultable à votre nom et donc aucun moyen de vérification des paiements de votre côté (malin !). Le jour où vous ne recevez pas un paiement, Tipalti se contente de montrer du doigt l'organisme (avec lequel vous vous êtes inscrit chez eux) et votre banque, et se planque derrière des pocédures (copiées-collées donc génériques) pendant que votre argent s'est simplement volatilisé. Enfin, pour vous, par pour eux bien sûr. Alors, utilisez ce prestataire seulement pour l'argent que vous êtes prêt à ne jamais recevoir.

Absolute trash, so many technical issues, so little customer support. There phone line is permanently down on the sales side and service side, they do seem to email back eventually, but very slowly, and usually they don't come back with much solution

This company is a complete messed-up and they don't care at all about their customers I work with a Translation company updated my bank account details on tipalti database exactly 10 days ago [16 March] because my USD account got closed due to US and EU sanctions however they paid at 20 March [4 days after that] to my previous account again and now they say I must wait 45-60 working days that the initial payment gets refunded this is not how real world works!! It's not only Translators' duty to do our job professionally and on-time! Translators have life family tax and many other costs too

This company has the most expensive transaction fees I've ever seen, I did a wire transfer and they took over 90% of my money in fees, I ended up with next to nothing. Real crooks. They should be shut down.

Their business model is taking the money from the payer and keeping it for WEEKS until the payment date, probably to collect free interest. I call that THEFT.

Dreadful company. Over promise and under deliver. We have a small firm of 120 people and they wasted so much time with empty promises. They have no chance of handling bigger companies! Terrible software that really messes everything up and ultimately caused more problems than we had to start with. The staff can’t be bothered to resolve issues and never fix anything. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, there are plenty other much better systems out there.

Why am I still awaiting payment on a twice-monthly invoice last submitted Dec. 15??? Will be almost 4 weeks for my net-15 payment (whenever I get it).

Tipalti sent the money to the wrong account, even though I am certain to have entered the right account details on their form. I am left not knowing whether I will be paid the amount due to me.

Payments always go out on time without a hitch

Tipalti delivers the basic requirement we have to manage the end-to-end invoice process from receipt of invoice to payment. It has improved our approval and payment process immensely. The customer support is overall very good as is the personal relationship with an account manager. There is interest to improve the solution and obtain feedback from the users.

Tipalti has automated our entire accounts payable process and in turn increased the quality of payment but also minimized the effort in the process by all users of the product.

Being able to track, approve and pay invoices electronically and implementing directly with NetSuite makes our AP process more efficient.
